~~Cue's point of view~~
Carson and Liberty have been visiting Taryn and Linton once a month since Valentine's day four years ago. They talked to the Maker and me and wanted to continue to see them and communicate with them. It is something they look forward to now. They are going tonight. What they don't know is I am going with them.
Tim and Taryn have long suspected that Liberty and Carson are together. They have done a great job of blowing them off. The Maker has permitted me to allow them to give them details about their lives here. I feel it's time they meet me as well. Carson and Liberty have been begging me. I have always avoided them.
The grandparents have the kids. They came to get them when it got dark. I told them of my plan for tonight. I also told Liberty's parents. They were granted a reassignment and are with Harry; He loves them. Liberty was thrilled. She now sees her parents whenever she wants. She thought they wouldn't accept us, especially her dad. He was more open than her mom at first. Now we can't get them to go away sometimes. I don't mind it, though. Liberty needed her mother.
I make my way to the living room. Liberty was lying on the couch with her head in Carson's lap. I lift her legs and sit on the other end. I take a foot in my hand and rub it. I know her body has been sore lately. I get why. Carson and I try to help her out as much as possible.
Liberty: "Don't get any ideas. Either of you. If you two want to go at it, it's fine. DO NOT TOUCH me like that."
She has been quite grumpy lately.
Carson: "I wouldn't think of it, Baby. I know you aren't in the mood."
Cue: "I wouldn't either."
We don't feel extreme pain. We do feel minor aches and pain. We do feel all areas of pleasure; Our hearts do feel everything. Liberty has been feeling a great deal of soreness; I feel extremely bad for her.
Cue: "You two need to go."
Liberty: "I know. I don't know if I am ready for this."
Carson: "Me either."
Cue: "Would it help if I went?"
Liberty: "Are you serious?"
Cue: "Yes. You two need two have them both awake. They need to see both of you together. I will stay invisible."
Carson: "No. If you go, you need to be seen too."
Liberty: "I agree. When we get back, I would like to talk to The Maker."
Cue: "I will send a message."
The Maker jumps when Liberty speaks. He has taken a special interest in her, and they have become close. If I didn't know better, I would say he has a thing for my wife. I know he doesn't, but he does do anything she says.
Liberty: "Send it, then we will go."
Cue: "Anything for you, my love."
I go up to my office and send the message, then head back downstairs. We walk to the gate, and we all fade to Linton and Taryn's. Liberty refused to call him Tim. We respect her. When we fade into their room, they are both asleep. Their newborn is in its crib, sound asleep. Liberty goes over and kisses her head.
Then Carson and Liberty make their way to the side of the bed they need to be on. They both shake them gently. They both sit up. They look around the room.
