Tori's POV
"Hi I'm Kim Taehyung."
A handsome young man approached me. Probably because I was a young woman alone.
"Hi I'm Tori." I said reaching out my hand. I was scared at first but he seemed like a guy I could trust.
"So what is a pretty girl like you doing out here alone?"
"Oh I just needed to escape everyday life, I guess you could say."
"Let me take you to lunch. I'll pay."
"If you insist." He offered his hand and I took it. I don't know why, but I did. We walked to a small restaurant by the boardwalk. He pulled my chair out for me and then we started talking.
"So what do you do for a living? I'm guessing it's something extraordinary, you seem like that type."
I giggled at his compliment, I felt safe around him.
"Well I'm flattered but I'm just a school teacher."
"That is something extraordinary, not just anyone can be a teacher."
I blushed at his compliment.
"What do you do Taehyung?"
"I'm a photographer, and please, call me Tae."
"Wow, so what do you take pictures of?"
"Just about anything really. Speaking of, do you mind if I take your picture?"
"I don't mind at all."
After we ate we walked back to boardwalk where we had been standing before. We both stared at the ocean not knowing what to say. When we both thought of words we turned to each other at the same time so now we were facing each other. Staring into the other's eyes. Tae leaned in to kiss me but I pulled back.
"I can't do this Tae, I'm so sorry. I have a husband, and I love him. That's why I came to the beach, because I was confused but I realized that I am so deeply in love with him and I can't be with anyone else. If I would have kissed you, I would have betrayed him and I'm so sorry I just can't do it. I'm so sorry."
Tae looked devastated but understanding.
"It's okay, I'm the one who should be apologizing, I'll leave you alone now, it was nice to meet you."
"Bye Tae."
He walked away and I turned to watch him leave.
