CHAPTER 12 - ice cream

" so now that we alone tell me do you have a boyfriend " my mom ask as we enter the mall.

"Of course not " I replied.

"I thought at this age you would want to go out and do whatever kids your age do ".

"Thought you were happy with having a quite child " I ask my mom as I turn to look at her.

"Of course baby I love you just the way you are - but get a boyfriend " my mom say into walking into a store.

"Whatever ,I will stay here I'm kinda got banned from this store " I lied ,I hated shopping with my mom because this was one of the stores she shopped the most I didn't want to have to sit and watch her take hours to pick out one outfit.

"What do you mean banned , and why " my mom ask .

"Me and Eric were pretending to take something and run put and they caught us ".

"You were stealing ".

"Not really - mom can you just go buy whatever you need to buy so we can go home ".

"Ohk fine wait here " my mom say walking into back into the store.

I stood there looking around when I spotted Sebastian he was walking out of a lady's store with a gift bag , I walked up to him and tapped him on the shoulder.

"Look who we found here " I say grabbing the gift bag from him.

"You " he said rolling his eyes . " Give that back here.

"Why you so grumpy" I asked as I opened the bag and saw three different types of lady's purfume very expansive ones . "I see you got a girlfriend you did not tell me about "i say putting my hand on my chest pretending to be hurt .

"Since when are we friends " he replied in a rude tone grabbing back the gift.

"I don't know but I grew fond of you " I lean against a mirror of a store looking at him.

"I dont care " he answerd about to walk away . I quickly grabbed his arm

"Lets grab some ice cream "I ask him. He first looked at my hand then back at his arm , he looked like he was going to kill me with his eyes , I slowly let go of his arm and smile .

"You owe me one so me and you are going to have some ice cream " I say as I made my way to a small Ice cream store , I walked in and I ordered a chocolate ice cream.

"What flavour you want " I asked him as he looked bored standing next to me .

" I don't eat ice cream" he replied taking out his phone , with a body like that does he ever eat anything sweet I thought to myself. I quickly grabbed it and put it in my back pocket .

"Does it look like I'm your friend Eric or something " he ask looking at me .

"No it doesn't his way more handsome and much more nicer " I replied as the lady hands me my ice cream , I thank her and pay for it .

"Do you always act like a little - " l stopped licking my ice cream and looked up at him , he bite his lip and ran his hand through his hair has he took a seat.

" I get it you the big bad wolf of our town but you not as bad as people make you seems " I say as I take a seat next to him.

"Or really " he ask as took a knife and started playing with it.

"If you were really rotten to the core you would have killed me the same night I saw you kill that person ".

"What makes you think I won't " He ask.

"Because - I just know " I replied licking my ice cream , I took out my phone and checked it to find 5 missed calls from my mom she must be looking for me ., I got up and handed Sebastian back his phone.

"My mom is looking for me me it was - weird talking to you without anything bad happening see you at school " I say and quickly leave to go find my mom , I looked around and decided to call her since I was not going to find her in this big mall anyways ., I waited as her phone rang and she finally picked up.

"Rivier where are you .... are you ok., you said that you were going to wait outside the store for me " my mom said  in a worried tone .

"I'm fine I just went out to get ice cream with a friend that's all , I will meet you by the parking lot ". I hanged up and made my way to the parking lot .
