chapter 17-confessions

"I didn't know  I swear if I knew I was going to break his face him myself- why do you have to leave  " Eric told me as I packed my things, Eric had told Kai to leave and everyone else was confused on what was going on.

"I don't feel like being here  " 

"i wont  stop you- I love you " Eric pulled me into a hug.

"love you more " I smiled.

"You call me as soon as you get home I still don't trust Sebastian" he kissed my head looking at me.

" Are you done " Sebastian asked standing by the door.

"yeah - I will be done in a sec " I replied handing him my bag.

"call me when you get home ".

"I got that " I replied giving him a last hug before I made my way out.

"Did you forget anything " Sebastian asked a few minutes after we had left, why would he ask this after we had just left.

"No...what work did you come for " I replied turning to face him.

"I don't think you want to know " he turn to look at me.

"I've seen you kill more then once how bad can it be ".

"You really are weird you know - the most fearless person I know but yet you just as scared at the same time ".

"I can say the same about you kind but yet cruel, I like that about you-After this do we go back to acting like we don't know each other ".

"  I don't know about that "

"I know you like my company".

"And I know you like me " he smirked looking at me.

I felt hot all of a sudden sitting there how did he know , gosh this so awkward. what do I say to him , I'm going to be honest wait I can't he already told me he doesn't like me .

"Yeah.. I don't like you , and don't make me blush  " I joked  turning his face to look in front

"So if I kiss you right now you would not mind " he asked stopping  by the gas station.

"No you just looking for ways to proof your point ".

"maybe I'm just looking for a way to kiss you" he smiled butting  his hand on top of mine.

"stop acting cute Sebastian it doesn't suit you " I moved my hand and gently slapped his face. he  smiled and got out of the car to fill up the petrol.

Three hours later~

It was a long three hours drive but at least I had some fun me and Sebastian got to talk about the weirdest this , I was getting to know a side of him that was funny which was good.

"Rivier " he calls out to me as I'm grabbing my bag out the car.

"Yeah " I turn to face him.

"I will pick you up sometime soon , I want to show you something" he said

"sure I will need to see if I'm not busy " I replied.

"busy being alone " he says laughing

I rolled my eyes and punched his arm" I don't know if I've ever told you this but you not funny ". it was rare to hear him laugh but least I'm the one making him laugh . I gave myself an imaginary pat on the back.

he bent down and patted my head." I will see you around" he got into his car and drove off.

I walked inside and went into the living room to find a girl sitting by my favourite chair she looked like she was 18 or 19 , I cleared my throat while putting my bag down. she turn to look at me with a confused face and looked away again.

"Rivier" I turn to see my mom standing by the doorway with a smile.

" hey mom "I went over to hug her "who's that " I asked her.

she kissed my head and looked at me with a small smile " I think your dad should tell you - wait here " my mom told me as she  went  upstairs to my dad's office to call him.

I sat down and gave her a small smile , she was the total opposite of me . Blonde hair and green eyes clear skin. she didn't even look at me once and was busy on her phone. A few minutes later my dad and mom come down and both took a seat. the girl got up and went upstairs.

"she seems mean, hope she is a guest because I don't think she likes me " I joked looking at my parents who looked like they were not finding the joke funny at all.

"Rivier - her names is hope she will be living with us from now on " my mom told me while looking at my dad.

I looked at both of them confused" who is she " .

"your step sister " my dad replied
