chapter 22~ Unnoticed

" how do I look " I asked Eric as we pulled up into the schools parking lot.

He stared at me for a while "  ugly...now get out of my car " he said laughing.

"Be serious " I said hitting his shoulder and fixing my hair.

" you look ok ".

" ok...I look ok...that's all" I said looking into the mirror .

"Why you so obsessed with how you look today ".

" it's nothing...I will see you later  " I said getting out of the car. I walking to my locker and got my books for the first 3 periods and was making my way to class. I spotted Sebastian walking in my direction, I closed my locker and started making my to him.
As I got close to me I smiled and waved at him, he walked right past me . I turn  around to look at him and he continued  to walk , maybe he didn't see me I told myself as I walked to class.

It was third period me and Sebastian  were getting history together, I walked into class and sat down. As the bell went off for lunch Sebastian  didn't come to class, I slowly walked to the cafeteria....is he mad at me or is he regretting  asking me  out, as these thoughts ran through my head I felt like crying . As I walked in I spotted him in is usual  seat with his friends, he didn't even look my way . I got my food and sat down, I had no appetite I just stared at my food. I felt a hand over my shoulder I look up to see Eric.

" what's wrong.....couldn't you hear me calling "

" sorry "I smiled  taking a sip of my juice .

"You look  sick " he said putting his hand on my forehead. I moved his hand .

" I'm fine it's just a fever "

"Just a fever ...you know how bad you get with the smallest fever"

"I'm getting older I'm sure i can handle it "

"You sure "

"Yeah " I answered  not really looking at him , I looked over at Sebastian , should I just walk over there and ask him why he is  not talking to me.  That's crazy I'm not that desperate plus maybe he didn't see me.

"Hey are you listening " Eric said tapping my shoulder.

"Huh.. " I said looking back at him

"I said the bell rang"

"Oh..are you staying for practice  today "I asked getting up with my tray  and throwing my half eaten food in the bin.

"Yeah...I will ask jaden to take you home "

"I'm not a kid ,I think I can get myself home " I said walking out of the cafeteria. We walked till my next class and stopped by the door.

"So you taking a bus home" he asked

"I don't  know Eric we will see...you going to be late for class talk later" I said walking into class.

As the bell rang  for home time I made my way out , what I needed right now was some sleep . As I am walking jaden pulled over right outside the school Gate.

"Eric told me you needed a ride " he said.

"Why is Eric always telling you my business " I mumbled

"Because  he knows how I feel about you" he said with a smirk.

" you never serious" I laughed getting into his car .

"You The one who never takes what I say serious " he said driving  in the direction of my house.

I said nothing and looked out the car window, I just wanted to get home and sleep and maybe never wake up. We drove in silence and jaden pulled infront of my house , I got down and leaned down at the window.
