chapter 25~ The park

" are you two not talking to each  other " my dad asked me,Eric had come over for  dinner but  has refused to speak to me for weeks now but still comes over for dinner. I looked up from my plate.

" These two are always fighting... I'm sure it's rivier fault " hope said laughing. I looked at her, damn she is annoying and she doesn't  know when to shut up.

" You two not going to talk" my dad asked again.

" it's nothing dad " I said taking a bite of my steak.

" it is something " Eric said

" let's talk about here then"  hope said, it's almost look like was excited that me and Eric were fighting.

" they don't have to talk about it with  us.... these two will figure it out as always" my mom replied taking her plate to the sink, I got up and followed.

" Rivier don't you want to tell your parents who you dating " hope spoke with a smirk on her face.

" You dating someone.." both my parents said at the same time. How did she know I was dating anyone , I looked at Eric who looked down at his plate.

" I heard his very famous around town " she said again.

"You sure it's not Eric " my dad said laughing.

Hope laughed " no dad....his name is Sebastian ".

Both my parents looked shocked. This witch gosh I hate her.

" You joking right....eric is this true" my dad said looking at me. My dad never got angry easily but when he did it was not the best.

" well...im not really sure I heard it just rumors " Eric replied still not looking down,this  was his worst mistake even my parents knew he lies when he keeps his head down.

"Rivier come on tell us " hope spoke again,  if my parents were not here I was going to slap that little smirk off her face.

"Yes its true dad" I said finally.

" you breaking up with him and I don't want to hear anything about this ..out of everyone you could of picked "my dad said walking towards the sink and throwing his plate in. I stood by the counter feeling nervous I Hated arguing with my dad.

" No...it's my life dad you not going to tell me what to do" I replied angrily with tears running down my cheeks, this is not the time for me to be crying.

"Rivier don't talk to your dad like that " my mom said.

" I'm not one of your little friends...in fact you grounded you not leaving this house unless you going to school and Erica house, if you try to meet up with that boy rivier you going to stay with my parents in London and you won't be coming back this side"  my dad said angrily pointing at me.

" you never here who gives you the right to tell me who I can date" I said wiping the tears from my years.

" I'm working so you can have good life you little brat...this is the last time you speaking with that tone... if you going to decide not to listen to me then get out of my house" my dad replied raising his voice.

" calm down stefen.....Rivier go up to your room baby" my mom said to my dad holding his arm, my mom was the least confrontational person, she hated when me and my dad fought because she would always be in the middle.

"You really want me to leave...fine you wouldn't mind now that you know you have a replacement " I said angrily, grabbing my phone and storming out the house.

A few hours had past as I sat by a park, I didn't even know where I was, I sat on the swing trying to calm myself down,it was getting dark and my ego would not allow me to go back home until by dad had apologized. My phone rang , I looked at it thinking it was going to be my mom or Eric calling again but it was Sebastian, I quickly  picked up .

"Hello" I Said trying to stop myself from crying again.

" what's wrong " he said in a worried tone.

When he said that I started crying again, I looked around and relised it was dark and there a man standing near the park entrance." I'm scared...can..you..come..pick me up " I said trying to stop crying.

" keep you location on...don't hang up the phone, ok Rivier don't cry "

I stood up from the swing and look at the entrance, the man was not standing by the entrance anymore but was making his way towards me, why do I always get myself it stupid situations, I stood by the swing frozen still holding the phone to my ear as the man got closer.

" Rivier are you still there"

I heard Sebastian say on the other side of the line,  I was too scared to speak . The man stopped in front of me, he was homeless and seemed to be high on drugs or drunk.

" You shouldn't be at a place like this as a women" he said pointing at me.

" I...I..am waiting...for...my...boyfriend " I said trying to take a step back.

" You have a boyfriend....I think we would look better together " he said laughing and taking a step towards me trying to grab my hand

" let me be your boyfriend for tonight " he said smirking at me.

" Rivier " I heard Sebastian voice calling out to me, with all my force I pushed passed that man and ran screaming towards Sebastian voice, as he appeared by the park entrance, I ran towards  him and hugged him and started crying.

" Are you ok....what's wrong...go wait the car for me " he asked holding me and rubbing my back , he looked up and saw that man getting up from the ground looking around ,he must of been really high that he started to look around and screaming ghost.

I could already tell he was going to hurt this man,Sebastian had a short temper and I already saw how bad it was on more then one occasion. I held onto him abit tight.

"I'm fine...please dont go " I said trying to stop myself from crying.
