ADIRA, ECLIPSALORE
My eyelids flutter open, and then close immediately. The sharp bright light coming from the whereabouts that are before my eyelids are an even sharper contrast to the dark world I seemed to have fallen into right after-
Right after what? I don't remember anything at all. The only thing I can recall is opening my eyes and then clamping them shut right after. But where am I? I am forced to wrench my eyes open again, just to try and predict where I am, but how can I when I don't even know any names, any places, any person. Many people seem to be all around me, not necessarily looking at me, but guarding what's around me.
I take a better look around, instinctively sitting up, and observing the environment around me. I am in some machine that is shaped as a tube, has clear thick glass, and a gorgeous view all around it. None of the people seem to make out that I had woken up, stood and walked to the giant window, and observing unnatural views.
Tiny little balls that seem to emit light litter the world of blue, purple, black, red, and even green all around me, all of ranging sizes, let alone the giant balls of dull colours, that seem to fly past us, some with rings orbiting their huge bodies.
I let out a small gasp, that seem to be inaudible when compared to the small beeping sounds that seem to surround me.
A longer beep sound catches my attention, when a feminine voice speaks through the air around me, and I feel the vibrations of her voice as she pronounces perfectly practiced words.
''All passengers, please take your seats, and prepare for landing on Planet 11, E. Make sure you are all secured tightly and safely to your seatbelts. Thank you.'' the woman says.
I hear shuffling sounds before another person speaks, but this time it's a man.
''Make sure her majesty is secured.'' her majesty?
''Copy that,'' another woman replies, right before an audible gasp resonates through the air.
I turn around, just to see a few women, and men kneeling down, and somehow shaking.
''Hello,'' I say, overly confused by where I am, and who these people are.
''Hello your majesty,'' his voice wavers, as if afraid from me, does he not know I'm a simple girl, who does not even know her name? And why does he call me 'your majesty'? If I were in some other situation, I would have snorted, maybe even laughed. But here I am , left in a situation , where I don't know anything about myself, the kneeling people, and the place I seem to be braided in.
It becomes clear to me that someone must've done something to me, completely erased my memories, and tangled me up in this unknown place I seem to be standing on. I dimly wonder in the back of my head, would I recognize these people if I had my memory?
''With all due respect your highness, we need you to take a seat, for your own safety.'' the woman who gasped earlier says.
''I-'' I get cut off, as I make my way to them. They quickly stand up, and lower their gazes out of respect.
''What's going on?'' I unsurely ask the people who surround me.
''We are bringing you home, of course.'' a new man speaks up. I notice their appearance is nothing like mine. While I seem to have dull medium lightly coloured skin, they tend to have similar hues of skin colour like mine, except their skin slightly glows with yellow-orange warm shades . They have dark chestnut hair, that flowed in a lazy wavy manner. Their eyes, all brown, look so impenetrable, yet soft and understanding. Had they been in that same situation before?
