It's a quarter after one.

  I looked up at the clock, when did it get so late?

I'm all alone and I need you now.

  So lonely, sitting here with a cup of whiskey by myself...

Said I wouldn't call, but I lost all control and I need you now.

  That's right, the last time we saw each other I vowed to myself to not call you.

  Not until you come back.

  Well, I guess it doesn't matter now. You didn't pick up anyways.

  One more cup, just one more before I go to bed.

Can't stop looking at the door wishing you'd come sweeping in the way you did before.

  When you first barged through my apartment door with that sun on your face, I knew I would never be able to let you out of my life.

And I wonder if I ever cross your mind, for me it happens all the time.

  But now look what happened? I'm sitting here missing you, sitting here hoping you'd come back. Hoping you'd forgive me.

  I know, you're probably too busy and mad to deal with me right now. This guy who exploded in your face for no proper reason.

  Maybe I should put down this whiskey and watch the news instead. Maybe it would distract me enough for long enough.

"Just in, a car accident has occurred at-"

  Was that you? Was that you that they were carrying out of under the flipped car?

  It's not, right? Because I haven't apologised. That means you can't leave yet, you're not allowed to.

  Why is everything suddenly so blurry?

"Phi... Phi, it's nearly 9am, time to wake up..."

  That sounds like you, it's probably a dream. You wouldn't come back so quickly, I'm not really worth it.

  My eyes tear up again, either it's the bright sunlight streaming through the window or my heart hurting.

"Don't leave me..." Not when I haven't said sorry and made it up to you. Not when you still have my heart.

"Phi, I'm right here... I'm not leaving to anywhere..."

  You're real. Everything is real. Your warm and gentle voice, your soft touch, your beautiful cute face.

"Phi, why you hugging so tightly? Did you have a nightmare? You have eyebags, did you not sleep well?"

"I'm okay..." Now that you're here, I'm okay.

"Bas, baby... I'm sorry about the other day, I really didn't mean what I said..."

"I know, Phi. I'm not mad, I was just shocked but now we both calmed down, we know that it wasn't true. Come on, get up and wash your face. Don't you want to celebrate your birthday looking handsome?"

"Can you come with me?"

"Since it's your special day, I'll give you special service today."

"I love you so much."

"That I know, Phi. You don't have to say it for me to see it."
