3rd Person POV
Jasmine was missing Anthony sorely as he was away in California filming his new movie for 6 months. Between their two work schedules, they barely had time to speak to each other.
One night, Jasmine was lying in bed restless, just wanting her beloved boyfriend to come home. She missed the smell of his cologne, the nights spent dancing around the kitchen, belting tunes whilst cooking, the way she fell asleep in his arms every night and much more.
Unable to take much more, she rolled over, pressing the FaceTime button on his contact. She knew that it was 3am, and he was most likely asleep, but she wanted to at least try. She listened to the ringing of her phone, hoping Anthony would pick up. Just as it was about to ring out, Ant answered groggily.
"Hey, baby girl, is anything wrong?" he asked, concern evident in his voice.
"No" Jasmine responded "Jus' missed you, that's all."
Ant propped himself up in bed, holding the phone closely to his ear.
"Me too Jas, but at least there is only 4 weeks left until I come home" Anthony reassured her, making Jazzy relax slightly. Little did she know however, Anthony had wrapped up early and was flying home tomorrow to surprise her.

Anthony hung up after making sure that his girlfriend had fallen asleep, before going to finish up packing his suitcase. He needed to be at the airport for 7 and it took 2 hours to get there. He pulled his shoes and a hoodie on before leaving his hotel room and hailing a cab. He jumped in and told the driver the address.
He arrived at the airport and checked in, before going and waiting by the boarding zones. After what seemed like hours of impatiently waiting, his flight was called and he boarded the plane. He sat down in an aisle seat and put his earbuds in, turning up the music.
The flight back to Brooklyn was uneventful, and Anthony shot off the plane as soon as he was allowed to leave. He went and found his luggage before stepping outside into the cold air and jumping in a cab.
Back at home, Jas was watching Harry Potter with Prince and Nala. She wasn't focusing on the movie, but daydreaming about seeing her lover again. As she sighed with sadness, she heard the doorbell go off.
Puzzled, she detached herself from the dogs and went to open the door. As she opened the door, she saw Ant stood there with a cheeky grin.
"Surprise!" He yelled, before being tackled by Jasmine, over the moon to see her boyfriend again.

They were curled up together in bed, watching Friends on Netflix in a comfortable silence. Anthony planted a kiss on her girlfriend's forehead and whispered
"I love you"
"I love you too" Jasmine whispered back. She turned off the TV and curled up against Ant and they both fell asleep within minutes. Both of them were just happy to be reunited again.
