Jasmine POV:

"Jas, squeeze my hand, love" I vaguely heard Ant comment from beside me. The pain was blocking out everything. I had been in labour for bordering 28 hours now, and had spent 20 of them at hospital. I felt the pain ease and I took a deep breath, relaxing into Anthony's warm embrace.

"You're doing amazing Jazzy! I could never do what you're doing" Ant murmured into my ear, making me smile wearily.

"That's 'cause you're really weak" I responded, giggling slightly. I heard him gasp softly in mock horror. I felt another contraction and grabbed his hand, a tear sliding down my face. Anthony noticed the tear and started peppering my face with small kisses, only stopping to give words of encouragement.

When the contraction ended, I buried my face into Anthony's shoulder and groaned.

"We still don't have names for them." I muttered

"Well, considering we have surprise gender triplets, we need 3 boy names and 3 girl names." I sighed. That's a lot of names we need to have ready for use. We already have Aria Jean Ramos, who is three and at my parent's house.

"For girl names, I have three names to be used for either first or middle names." Ant started, "Maria, Scarlett and Maia"

"I like them. We could have Maria Scarlett Ramos for one and pick three more names" He nodded, pulling me in closer as another contraction started. I gasped, knowing this one was stronger than any other I had experienced before. As soon as I could speak again, I mumbled,

"How about Esme, Alice and Layla for our other three?"

"Yeah, it could be Maria Scarlett, Maia Alice and Layla Esme." I nodded in agreement, glad to have at least the girl names sorted out.

Just then, a nurse came in to check up on me.

"How many centimetres dilated am I?" I asked, wishing for this to be over.

"8cm. You're almost ready." She smiled at us before departing.

"I've got some boy names." I said to Ant, "Oskar, Oliver and Caleb"

"That could work, I mean Oliver Caleb Ramos works" Anthony observed. I nodded and braced myself for another contraction. I was low-key annoyed that the contractions were interrupting our conversation.

I heard Ant comment three more boy names "Tyler, Isiah and Henry" I curled up into Anthony's chest

"I like Oskar Tyler and Henry Isiah" Ant chuckled and responded,

"We have our 6 names: Maria Scarlett, Maia Alice, Layla Esme, Oliver Caleb, Oskar Tyler and Henry Isiah" I smiled and giggled.

(Time Skip because I have no ideas)

"You're 10cm! Ready to push?" I nodded wearily and settled myself into the pool. I clasped Ant's hand tightly and braced myself for the pain. I felt the contraction and pushed as hard as I could. The pain was almost unbearable. I cried out in pain and tried to hide myself in Anthony's embrace. He pulled me close and whispered,

"You got this Jas! They are almost here." I mumbled something incoherent and pushed again. Less than 2 hours later, Baby A was born.

"It's a boy!" The nurse announced. He was laid on my chest. A perfect little angel. I heard Ant sobbing softly and it set me off. After a couple of minutes, he was taken off to be cleaned, and it was time to push again.

"I can't do this. I can't do this. I can't do this" I repeated, exhausted and just wanting to rest.

"Yes you can. You've got this" Ant soothed, holding me close. And with that, I started to push Baby B out. About an hour later, Baby B arrived.

"It's a girl!" I cried with happiness, seeing my second daughter and beautiful miracle laid on my chest. Once again, Anthony could be heard sniffling in the background. When she was taken away, I knew it was time to resume the delivery. I kept telling myself "It's only Baby C left".

Around 3 hours later, Baby C made their debut. By this time I was a wreck, over the moon that all three had made it into the world healthy and beautiful.

"It's another boy!" I heard.

"Oh my God we have two of each now!" I heard Ant ponder.

"We do" I responded quietly, gazing in awe at my second son.

A FEW HOURS LATER

"You need some rest" Anthony reminded me. We were now in a recovery room, having newborn snuggles and with peace and quiet.

"I'm not sleeping until we have names" I pointed out. He sighed,

"So our final three boy names are as follows: Oliver Caleb, Oskar Tyler and Henry Isiah"

"Baby A looks like a Henry Isiah" I commented, kissing him on the forehead.

"Mhm,I agree. Baby C looks like he could be an Oliver Caleb" I agreed with him.

"I think little Baby B looks like a Maria Scarlett" Anthony gazed down at our little princess. I nodded my head.

"Wow! We have 4 kids: Aria, Maria, Oliver and Henry" I said, almost unbelievably.

"It's crazy!" Ant commented, "Now go to sleep" I handed over Henry and Maria so Ant could put all three of them in the bassinet. We curled up together in my small hospital bed, falling asleep almost instantly.
