Dear Ex,

I'm still recovering from your venom and spikes that touched me. An urchin covered with beauty. Seeking chaos and my agony. When I remember all of our memories, only distressing ones appear. I crave to forget them. Every single one...

Hated the fact I knew
Felt guilt for no reason
and ended
In jail as an innocent

The trial lasted years and the judge ruled you out. I slowly felt my body turn to steel.
A white tree grew inside and waited to show its new leaves.

My story won't end here... some of them are written in books, others are made history. Important stories are well known but powerful ones are written as poetry.

Hey Ex!
You could've been better
You could've treated me better
You could've loved me better
But you didn't and I deserve better

Remember when we were 13... when you told me how much you liked me and in five minutes replaced me. Teenage love only exists to set higher standards. All that passed wasn't in vain.

Great people suffer the most
Beautiful people cry the most
Unique people hurt the most

I'm thankful for the experience
I learned what I deserve

Sincerely,
The one you lost
