"You seem troubled my love, tell me what is the matter y/n?" Thor says snaking his arms around you waist as you admired the dress you wore in the mirror.
You guys were in Asgard to meet his parents to say you were nervous would be the least. You were petrified his parents are literally royalty from a completely different planet and you, you're a bartender from California.
You sighed in frustration "what if they don't like me?" You asked turning to face him "well mothers always been more accepting but Odin well he's a little rough to deal with sometimes- but don't let that trouble you my love."
The pair made there way to the dining area which was massive. She fiddled with the ends of her hair with her free hand the other holding Thor's. "My love don't stress it they'll love you" he said giving her a reassuring smile as they entered the dining room and took there seats.
Dinner went well, kind of. Frigga praised you she kept handing you all kinds of compliments and kind words while Odin on the other hand would scoff at any word she would say or scowl her. Thro was right when he said Odin was rough.
Odin and Thor were outside talking while her and freya were inside. "I'm terribly sorry for the way Odin treated you today that man is something else." She says shaking her head "just know y/n that you are a Beutiful person inside and out. Im so glad my son found a person that's just perfect for him" she said placing a hand on your cheek in a motherly way.
There were faint shouts coming from outside. As you and freya made your way outside the voices were clear and belonged to Thor and Odin
"You know father your right all I ever did was live up to your expectations and yes I am letting you down at this moment because I love y/n I don't care if she's Midgardian, I don't care if you're not fond of her personality I love her dammit!" He shouted
"We leave tomorrow" he finished finally turning around to see you and his mother standing side by side in shock.
