I never thought I would find myself back here. Back in Central City. Back in this cemetery. Talking to him. In a maid of honor dress."Hey, Tommy. It's been a while." I whisper to his inanimate headstone.
I take a deep breath and turn my attention back to his grave.
"I would've brought flowers but we both know you hated them." I state with a soft chuckle.
I sniffle a little and run my hand delicately over the headstone, as if it could crack and break at any moment.
"God, Tommy, you would be so happy with how Tori's turned out. She is brave. She is beautiful. She looks just like you, T. I mean, the resemblance is uncanny." I reveal.
Some people find that talking to a grave is unhealthy and just plain stupid. I actually find it helpful and therapeutic.
"Anyways, I really miss you, T. I want you to know that I will always love you. But, I think it's time for me to move on. You will always be the love of my life and the father of my child but, while I regret saying this, you aren't here to do any of those things. I miss you terribly, sometimes so much it hurts, but I can't grieve you until I'm dead. So, I'll see you again some day. Until then, I'm going to live my life. For me and for Tori." I whisper faintly.
"Hey, Avie. We have to go. I can't be late to my own wedding." Oliver shouts from by the motorcycle.
"I'm coming!" I shout back.
I turn back to the headstone and smile.
"Oh, yeah. Your little manwhore in crime is getting married. Took him years but he's finally growing up." I joke.
I stand up and brush off my dress. I press my fingers to my lips and then to the headstone. I take a deep breath before finally walking away from the grave. I rush back over to Oliver and he's playfully rolling his eyes.
"Oh, hold your horses! We still have at least another 30 minutes before we have to be at your wedding." I exclaim.
"No, we don't. It's 10:30, Avie. Not 10:15." Oliver reveals.
"So you're telling me we only have 15 minutes to get to a church almost halfway across town?" I ask as I climb onto the motorcycle.
"Yes, that's exactly what I'm telling you." Oliver replies before abruptly pulling away from the cemetery.
"Well, don't drive like someone's grandmother. Felicity's literally going to kill us if we're late." I state.
"Don't you think I know that? I'm the one marrying her." Oliver quips.
"Two things. One, why did we bury Tommy in Central City? Two, why are you getting married in Central City?" I ask.
"It's a beautiful city." Oliver replies.

We make it to the church just in time. Oliver somewhat rushes to the front of the chapel, I along with him, and we turn in different directions. Kara walks up to the microphone and begins to sing.
"Can't say how the days will unfold,
Can't change what the future may hold
But, I want you in it
Every hour, every minuteThis world can race by far too fast
Hard to see while it's all flying past
But, it's clear now,
When you're standing here now
I am meant to be wherever you are next to meAll I want to do
Is come running home to you
Come running home to you
And all my life I promise to
Keep running home to you
Keep running home
To you
