OK so akatsuki tsubame (tsubame is her given name) is my boku no hero academia / my hero academia oc for my upcoming fic! she's 15 and her quirk is DNA alteration in real time, it basically lets her transform any aspect of her body into any living organism. so, like, she needs speed? boom, she twists up the DNA and bones and muscle of her legs and then she has cheetah legs. needs to deliver a super hard punch? bam, giant wolf hand. and, y'know, as she gets more advanced in developing her quirk, the head transformations and wings come out and then she's one bamf who's all the world's DNA combined into one little 15 y.o. that can pack a punch
it's the kind of thing that would look fuckin' weird irl but i think would fit well in the bnha world. also it was inspired by a part of a show i was watching that was animated and it looked not weird in the show so! i just imagine it like how it was portrayed in that 😌
+ i feel like a lot of girl characters in both canon stories and fics (and my own, i won't deny it) tend to just have kind of feminine powers that still let them look nice and cute and girlish. especially in bnha? (like a lot of the guys have weird appearances bc of physical quirks but the girls are all pretty and normal-looking). so i was like why not have a female character who can transform her upper half into a buff wolf whenever she wants or gain muscle quickly? if this bitch wants to grow her teeth to bite a bastard what about it?
