Agent Riptide(PJO/ Avengers/SHIELD)

Percy: Battles, Dreams, Insane Girlfriends...Nothing New

(A/N): This is starting from Percy's fight with the Minotaur for a little recap.

Percy scanned the scene in front of him. He had a sinking feeling in his stomach. All their plans were about to be unraveled. Taking a breath, Percy knew what he had to do. Turning to Annabeth and Leo, he tightened his grip on Riptide.

"Try not to die, guys. Wise Girl, I love you." Percy said quickly before dashing out from behind the car.

The last he saw of Annabeth was her cocking her gun with a fierce look. So beautiful, he thought. Percy clanged his sword on the concrete, sending sparks into the air as he walked towards the Minotaur.

"Hey, Beef Boy!" Percy yelled, grinning. "It's been awhile. New crew?"

The Minotaur roared and picked up the nearest thing which happened to be a blue Prius. He chucked it at Percy as he began to barrel forward. Percy sprinted forward and ducked as the car sailed over his head. Sidestepping the barreling Minotaur, he slashed his sword, slicing the monster's side.

The Minotaur let out mangled roar, nostrils flaring. He whirled around and charged Percy once more, fist raised. Percy leapt away as the Minotaur's fist came down on the pavement, cracking. Percy noticed a fire hydrant a few feet away. Thrusting his hand out, Percy willed the fire hydrant to explode. A jet of water blasted the Minotaur into a storefront, destroying the building. The Minotaur crumpled to the ground unmoving but did not turn to dust.

"What is going to take to kill you?" Percy groaned.

Percy heard someone coming up behind him and whirled around to come face to face with a gun. He froze briefly, a memory flashing in his mind.

"Surrender." the soldier in front of him barked.

Percy pretended to think about it before answering. "I would but you see I have plans with an old friend that I just cannot miss."

Dropping down, Percy swept the soldier's leg out from under them before lunging up, wrenching the gun from their hands. The soldier hit the pavement, their head cracked and they didn't move. Percy stood there for a moment, holding the assault rifle away from him. The cool metal sent shivers down his spine. He hated guns. As another person charged him, Percy smashed the rifle over their head like a baseball bat. Percy whirled his sword in a circle, forcing the encroaching soldiers to step back as they slowly surrounded him.

"Drop the weapon!" one of the masked agents yelled. "We have you surrounded."

Mentally, Percy sighed annoyed. He had been trying not to use his powers on a large scale because Daisy and Mack were somewhere on the field and he was not eager to reveal himself. The team had never really addressed what happened the first time HYDRA attacked them.

Percy groaned and reluctantly, set his sword on the pavement. Suddenly, soldiers dropped to the ground. Annabeth sprinted by him tackling an agent. She turn and shot in Percy's direction, hitting the remaining agents behind him.

"Hey babe!" Percy chirped.

She blew a kiss at him before running to intercept incoming agents. Percy smiled as she went and watched her dominate the battlefield. Stray locks of hair framed her face. A small cut streaked across her cheekbone and her eyes were piercing. She kicked a soldier in the face and judo flipped another. Percy was in love.

A hoof came out of nowhere kicking Percy in the side, sending him flying. Tumbling to the ground, Percy cursed himself. Percy heard a small crack from his ribs and his side exploded in pain. Staggering to his feet, he scolded himself. He had forgotten about the Minotaur. His sword lay discarded on the pavement, behind the very angry Minotaur. The Minotaur's nostrils flared as he glared at Percy. Clutching his side, Percy straightened up, glancing at Riptide. It was too far for him to get even if the Minotaur wasn't in between them. The Minotaur pawed at the asphalt, preparing to charge him once more.
