(A/N): the replies i got on the last chapter wanted to see Peter so here you go. It starts back at the car crash.

.................................................................................................................................

Peter bolted upright. His head spun and his ear rang. Smoke billowed from the back of the car. Peter had been thrown out of the car. Groaning, he stumbled to his feet. Then, his heart stopped. Black vans surrounded the crash and people in thick padded suits marched out. Peter raised his hands hurriedly as they raised their guns. He noticed the skull with tentacles logo emblazoned on the uniforms and his blood chilled. A few came forward and roughly dragged Annabeth's listless body from the van. Blood trickled down the side of her head and her eye was already swollen shut. Next, came Percy's limp body. He did not look good. Suddenly, he jolted away from his captor and leapt to his feet. Eyes wild, he saw Peter and his face tightened. Percy tilted his head towards the ground and Peter's spider sense screamed, GET DOWN! And, Peter listened. He dropped to the pavement as a wall of water blasted the men away from the car. Peter sprang to his feet, bewildered. Glancing at Percy, he did a double take. Percy had whipped out a glowing sword and was slashing it threateningly. Peter ran towards Percy, determined to get back to the car. Taking up a battle stance next to Percy, he stared down soldiers.

"Was that you?!" Peter exclaimed quietly.

"Freak out later," Percy said. "What's the plan?"

"I don't know!" Peter responded. "We're outnumbered and surrounded by bad people. Coulson and Annabeth are out cold."

"Can you lift Coulson?" Percy asked, quickly.

Peter nodded, his mind racing for a way out but he saw none.

"On my count, you're going to lift him and run like hell." Percy commanded.

"What are you going to do?" Peter cried.

"Just trust me dude!"

Peter nodded in reply. "Okay."

"3...2...1..."

Percy threw his hand up and the storm drain nearby them began to rumble. Water burst forth from the drain, encircling the group. Strong winds blew debris away from them towards the soldiers. Water soaked Peter instantly as mist sprayed him violently. Peter whipped his head towards Percy, shocked.

"What the actual-" he began.

"Run!" Percy yelled.

Peter jumped down, slinging Coulson over his shoulder. Next to him, Percy had sheathed his sword somewhere and was bridal-style carrying Annabeth. The mini hurricane followed him as he began to run. Peter ran next to him, making sure he stayed in the eye of the hurricane with Percy. Hydra agents were thrown aside left and right as they sprinted down the street. Slowly, the hurricane dissipated and Percy ducked into an alleyway.

"You're a freaking waterbender!" Peter exclaimed between pants.

"I-" Percy hung his head. "I'll explain later."

"You better." Peter exclaimed, setting Coulson down gently. "What are we going to do now?"

Percy was silent as he laid Annabeth against the wall. He brushed a lock of hair from her face, wiping some blood from above her eye. Peter could tell there was something between them.

"Percy? What happened to you?" Peter asked, gently.

The differences between what he remembered of his friend and what stood in front of him were stark. Percy's face darkened.

"Alot. We don't have time for that now." Percy responded coldly.

Peter sighed and turned away. Suddenly, Percy cried out and crumpled to the floor. Peter whirled around and saw a dart embedded in Percy's back. His eyes fluttered shut and he whispered something.

Peter raised his fists, protectively standing in front of the unconscious trio.

"Who's there?" Peter yelled, defiantly.

From the front of the alleyway, guns blazing, soldier marched in. They wasted no time and rushed forward. Peter shot a web, shoving a trio of guys into the wall where they struggled. Peter dodged a bullets before swiping the guns of another row of agents. Flipping onto the wall, Peter slung web after web, trapping guns and agents to the ground.

"Crush the bug!" someone yelled.

Peter swung down, knocking the guy against the wall.

"Not a bug. Spiders are arachnids. It's not that hard, people!" Peter exclaimed, pulling himself back onto the wall.

He leapt off the wall, quickly as bullets peppered the spot he had just been. Peter flipped over the heads of the remaining agents, attaching a single strand of webbing to them before he landed with a smirk.

"Goodnight!" he chirped before activating the taser web.

Agents yelled out an groaned before collapsing to the ground. Peter smiled and straightened up. Peter rushed back to the trio, fussing over them. He was distracted to the say the least. Then, it hit him. Quite literally.

A pulse of pure sound blasted him backwards into the back wall of the alley. The brick cracked and he tumbled to the floor, disoriented and in pain. Another blast blew him backwards and his head cracked against the wall. As his vision dimmed, he glimpsed another row of agents pouring into the alleyway. They were led by a burly man holding a large gun. Peter couldn't hold on any longer and he slipped into unconsciousness.

Peter jolted awake, flailing his arms causing him to fall over the cot he lay on. Peter sprang to his feet, surveying his surroundings. He appeared to be in a jail cell. The cell was barren except for the small cot and a dingy light on the ceiling. A rattling sound made him whip towards the cell's opening, just in time for him to see Percy being dragged along, away from his cell. Percy had cuts and bruises everywhere he could see. Running to the bars, he silently begged Percy to look up. Percy did and his face softened when he saw him. Peter offered him a small smile as he was pulled out of sight.

"How long have I been out?" Peter muttered furiously.

Their captor had stripped his suit of its web shooters and his mask was nowhere to be found.

Great, locked in a jail cell, no idea where others are and I don't have Karen.

Peter lay back on the cot, his mind racing. His life was pretty much ruined. People thought he was a murderer. He couldn't see MJ and he had gotten kidnapped.

This is going to make a great college essay...

He must have fallen asleep somehow because he awoke to yells outside his cell. Peter stumbled to his feet and his eyes landed on the scene unfolding.  Agents were dragging Percy to his cell. He looked even worse then last. His cheek was a flaming red color. Percy was forced into straightjacket before they threw him in his cell. Peter heard someone snarl "Inhuman" and then a groan of pain from Percy. The agents quickly left after that, leaving Percy alone.

"Percy?" Peter called, worriedly.

"Hey Peter." Percy replied, weakly.

"What's going on? What did they do to you?" Peter asked.

"Well, they tried to brainwash me. Then, they almost killed Annabeth." Percy replied with a heavy sigh. "That's about it."

"Annabeth is the blonde girl, right?"

Percy grunted agreement. "We have to get out of here somehow."

Peter silently nodded to himself. "Who knows how long we've been gone?"

A loud sigh came from Percy's cell and Peter could hear the cot next door groan. Peter thought he heard a small sob but he wasn't sure.

Peter flopped onto his cot. "What the hell did we get into?"
