Niall
After the game was over the girls decided to get home before it got dark so they could all unpack. "So I'll pick you up tomorrow..." I said hesitantly realizing it might be a little presumptuous to assume she wanted to go out tomorrow. "Afternoon. Let's make it lunch since I promised them we would go out for dinner tomorrow." Becca said finishing my sentence for me. "Alright." I said smiling as she was pulled out of the flat by Brittani and Lex. "Why are you smiling like that?" Zayn asked once I closed the door and rejoined everyone back in the living room. "Like what?" I asked. I knew exactly what he was referring to but I wasn't going to admit it that easily. "Like you're extremely happy." He said narrowing his eyes like he was trying to figure out the missing piece of the puzzle. "Do I need a reason to be happy?" I asked noticing Harry and Liam were both smiling. That could only mean one thing... they figured it out. "Yes." He responded leaning against the arm of the chair. "He asked Becca out!" Harry yelled scaring Zayn and Louis enough that they both flinched. "About damn time." Liam said grabbing the remote to turn on the TV. "Wait, when did this happen? And how did we miss all of this?" Louis asked. "Because you all were too caught up in flirting with their friends to notice." I said quickly waiting for them to catch on to what I said.
"I was not flirting with Kat." Louis said without missing a beat. "I didn't say who." I commented watching him blush as he tried to find a way to reason out what happened. Liam and Zayn both started laughing at him which only got Harry started. "Like you two can really laugh. We saw you both with Megan and Lex. This is literally becoming a cliché book where a group of girls meets a group of guys and everyone suddenly starts dating." He pointed out. We were all silent for a moment letting his words sink in. Because he was right, at least partly. He and Brittani were getting closer, Becca and I were going out tomorrow, and who knew what would happen with the other three.
Kat
How is it possible that Becca and Brit have been here for like four days and they've already met and befriended the biggest boyband in like the entire world? Is it mean that I'm jealous? I mean, I guess we're getting to know them now too, but it seems as though everything happens to those two. And before you think I'm about to try and ruin their lives for it I'm not. They're my best friends and I'm happy for them. "We could be housekeepers. The hotel is hiring." Megan said showing us another ad. "Are you insane? First of all, you hate cleaning! You'd get us fired!" Lex scolded rolling her eyes. We'd been at this for a couple of hours. Brittani and Becca had to go to the studio they got jobs at to work out some of the paperwork. Well, speak of the devil and he shall appear. "Kat, can I talk to you in the other room?" Brit asked walking back in carrying a folder with Becca behind her. I nodded my head of course and followed her into the living room where she laid out all the papers she had. "So I talked to Harry earlier." She started. Well, I figured she would have, I mean let's face it. It's only a matter of time until they start dating. "Okay?" I asked. She better be going somewhere with this. "Well, he may have mentioned one of the guys being interested and asked if I would find out if you'd be into it." She said.
Interested? As in... "Which one?" I asked narrowing my eyes. It was obviously either Liam, Louis, or Zayn. It couldn't be Harry because she'd be mad and not telling me this, and it's not Niall because we could all tell that he's freaking head over heels for Becca. "Which one would you be willing to go out with and maybe I'll tell you." She threw back. I glared at her a little upset that she was trying to make this a game. "Okay! I get it, he may have said it was Louis. And I know you're into older guys as it is so I was thinking maybe you felt something there too." She said quickly realizing that I wasn't in the mood to play. "Really?" I asked shocked. Sure, I thought he was cute, but I never in a million years thought he could ever be interested. I mean, why would he? I'm just some girl and he's got a million of them hanging onto the dream that one day he'll fall in love with them. "Yeah, so if you're up for it... I was thinking maybe you'd want to go out with him. I mean, like on a double date. Me and Harry and you and Louis. That way it isn't so awkward. You know?" She asked. I nodded my head and then thought about it for a moment. Is this really happening or is this all some sick joke? "Perfect. So tomorrow night! Now we just have to figure out how to set the other two up with someone!" She joked. But I think we both know it wasn't someone we needed to set them up with.
