"Hey Styles! This guy on TV looks exactly like you!" I yelled turning around so I could see his expression when he walked into the room. He looked like he had seen a ghost. He hadn't told us his last name so the fact that I used it must have freaked him out. "Oh...um... yeah..." He said nervously scratching the back of his neck. "What are you talking about Becca? Holy crap! You're on TV!" Brit screamed almost dropping the bowl of popcorn she had been holding. I was watching Harry simply because he had basically lied to us and now I wanted to see how he was going to handle it. "I can explain that, I swear." He said quickly looking at Brit. "Why bother? It's not like we're best friends or will even be friends after you leave here. We're just two girls you helped out." I said pushing myself off the couch and making my way to my room. "Because even though we aren't best friends as you put it, I would like us to be friends." He said. I stopped and turned around confused as to why he would want that but I think Brit was dying on the inside. "Becca may I speak to you for a moment in the bedroom?" Brit asked already pulling me to the open room that would become Kat's. "Oh no, this isn't the part of the movie where I find out my best friend is crazy and she tries to kill me is it?" I asked faking fear trying to repress a laugh. "Becca! Shut up and be nice to him! I might like him in that way!" She said smacking my arm.

"I know. Seriously, I'm your best friend and you two have been flirting basically non-stop." I said crossing my arms. She glared at me but let out a small chuckle. "So please. Just let me see where this is going okay? I mean, it's got to be hard if he's in a band that's famous. How is he supposed to know when people actually like him for him?" She reasoned. I understood what she was saying, however, I didn't want to see my best friend hurt because she falls for a singer and he leaves her for some ridiculous reason. "Fine, then go see your potential boo." I said waving her off. She didn't even wait for the words to get out of my mouth before she was out. "You two dance?" He asked holding up the paper that Brit had circled the two ads in. "Yep." I said looking around to figure out where I put my phone. It had to be here somewhere... "Great... well I have to go but here's my number if you want to hang out again." He said handing Brit a piece of paper before heading to the door. "Of course! I'll talk to you later!" She said cheerfully.

Once he was gone Brit decided to scream her fool head off. "What the hell was that for!" I asked covering my ears. "He gave me his number!" She squealed spinning around the room. "Brittani Audrianna Anderson, you don't know him. I mean, for all you know he's a player who tries to use girls and plays with their feelings." I said shrugging. She knew I was right even if she didn't want to admit it. "Hey! Maybe I don't know him all that well yet but you can't talk. You and Stephan barely knew each other when you slept together!" She threw back. "Low blow. I'll give you that one, but remember what happened to me after that? Just trying to avoid it for you." I said getting up and walking away. I knew she was just trying to justify her feelings but still.

After a couple of hours we had made up and decided to paint the doors so it was done. "I still have paint in my hair. I thought coconut oil was supposed to get paint out?" Brit said rubbing her hair with a towel. "Eh, I don't know. When's the last time you had paint in your hair?" I asked knowing the answer before she ever said it. "Good point..." She trailed off looking at her phone as her smile grew. "Harry?" I asked assuming he had texted her or something. "Yes. He wants to know if we want to meet the others tomorrow!" She said happily. "And let me guess. I don't get a say in this do I?" I asked. I wasn't exactly going to argue with her, but I still like to have a choice in things. "Not really but he says they're all super nice and want to meet us since we give no craps about them being famous." She reasoned. Brit wouldn't stop until I agreed so I guess I really had no choice. "Fine, but we have to go to the interview at that studio first. We need a job if we want to keep the apartment after the summer." I pointed out. Our parents paid the first three month's rent on the apartment, but then they said if we wanted to stay it was up to us to make sure we got everything paid on time. And honestly? The rent was super cheap, especially when it would be split between five of us. "Well, I'm going to call Megs before I go to bed so we'll talk in the morning.

"Megan!" I yelled as soon as she picked up.

"Becca! How's London? Is everything okay? You guys haven't met any hot guys without us right?" Megan asked joking.

"Everything is fine, but we did meet a guy when we went to buy paint for the doors. Brit's got a huge crush on him."

"So you don't think he's all that cute? I mean, you and Brittani have always had totally different tastes in guys."

"Yeah pretty much. How is it back home?"

"Everything's fine, we stopped by your house to find one of our scrap books that we left there and your mom opened the door crying."

"Why?"

"Well we asked that and what I understood from the sobbing was she regretted sending you away and she wishes she could be a better mother and how your dad is beyond pissed and won't even speak to her."

"She's doing it for image. She hasn't called, texted, emailed, tweeted or anything. It's been two days and she didn't even check to see if we made it okay when I didn't call her when we landed. For all she knew I was dead. But was my dad there?"

"No she said he went on a business trip to get away."

"Great... Well, I'll talk to you later, and just remember. Two and a half weeks before we're reunited!"

"I know! I'm so excited! Ugh, Becca I have to go be safe and don't meet too many cute guys without me!"

"Bye girlie!"

Wow, I had been on the phone with Megan for almost an hour. It really felt like maybe ten minutes! Oh well, I need to get some sleep if I'm going to meet potentially cute singers tomorrow and I need to look cute for a potential interview.
