3. Vampirism

I gasp and sit up straight. I see 2 angry faces around me. Rose and Trevor.
"Why did you do that? If you had done what we had asked you to do, you would still be human. But now, your a vampire, useless to Niklaus, and now we are going to suffer for what you have done." Trevor says through gritted teeth. He then turns towards the door, and leaves.

"I'm sorry, truly sorry. I just didn't want to die. I could not face not seeing my family again, even if they don't want me anymore. And I didn't know the consequences my transition would bring us to. Again, I'm very sorry, but if you were faced with death, what would you do? Die, or try to live?" I give Rose a questioning look.

"I understand where you are coming from, but it was our goal to get you, and bring you to Niklaus. Now I'm going to die. Anyway, you're still in transition, so I need to find some human blood so you can complete the transition. I would ask Rosalie, but she's getting on, and I don't want her to die, so me and Trevor will go out and bring someone back for you." She turns to leave, and quickly adds "if you need anything, ask Rosalie. But please don't kill her. "

She then runs so quickly that I could of missed it, but with my improved vision I see her every move.

I can smell something sweet, like an apple, but the thought of eating an apple disgusts me now, it's like a human wanting to eat dirt. I stand up, and follow the sweet smell, which leads me to the kitchen.

Rosalie. That's what the sweet smell is. My instincts tell me right now to kill her, and suck that sweet blood out of her system. I hear Rose's words of warning through my ear, please don't kill her.

For hours I sit there restraining my self, but unfortunately, I run over to her, and sink me teeth into her vein, and drink all of her blood.

Shoot. I accidentally killed her. Rose told me not to. If I stay, Rose will surely kill me, so I decide, the best thing to do is return home to my family, in Bulgaria. There I'll be safe, I hope.
