Part 3

The next morning Betty's alarm went off making them both jump up, then they looked at each other.

Jughead- Oh shit...

Betty- We didn't...

Jughead- I think we did.

Betty- Oh my god. (breathes heavily)

Jughead- Hey, calm down. I know you don't do things like this, but I mean, at least you know me, right?

She nodded slightly as they both sat silently until Betty spoke again.

Betty- I'm sorry. (tears)

Jughead- It's okay, don't get upset. It wasn't your fault. We were both really drunk.

Betty- (nods) What do we do? (quietly)

Jughead- Whatever you want. But we're too close for this to ruin our friendship.

She nodded and rested her head on his shoulder and then he began to chuckle.

Jughead- Wanna maybe get dressed? (chuckles)

Betty- That might be a good idea. (giggles)

Jughead got up and put on some sweatpants before he looked back at Betty who was still sitting in the bed wrapped in the duvet.

Jughead- What are you doing?

Betty- I don't have any clothes, just my dress that's not even in this room. (softly)

Jughead- Don't worry, you can wear my shirt and I have a pair of your leggings that you left here one time.

Betty- Thank you. (giggles)

He threw the clothes at her and then she quickly grabbed her bra and underwear from the floor before getting dressed.

Then they went into the living room to grab her dress off the floor, along with Jughead's clothing that was thrown all over the place.

Jughead- Damn, what did we even do last night? (laughs)

Betty- I don't even wanna know. (giggles)

Jughead- Same.

Betty- Hey, do you think you can drive me home? I really don't want to take an Uber.

Jughead- Of course, you wanna go now or do you wanna stop at Pops for breakfast?

Betty- I think you know the answer to that...

Betty & Jughead- Pops!

Then they went to get breakfast.

Together the two of them had a nice meal and spent the whole time talking. They both ended up just forgetting about the whole thing overall, until...
