James woke up that morning feeling revived, surprising even his bandmates, since it had been a while since they last saw him like that.
"I'm telling you, man," Kirk nudged Jason with his elbow, taking his own pancake while waiting for the bassist. "He definitely fucked that Jessie girl."
"Wasn't it Mary,though?" He questioned groggily, also grabbing a pancake before following Kirk towards the table.
"I think it's Jessie. It ended with 'ie', I remember that." Kirk scratched the back of his neck, sitting down on the table, shutting up immediately when James' gaze ended up on him.
"Good mornin', dudes. Where's Lars?" He was already fully dressed, although he was missing his jacket, but, well, that was the reason he was so pampered up.
"I dunno, probably asleep," Kirk shrugged, pointing to his bandmate with his chin. "How 'bout ya? Why are you all dolled-up?"
"Me? Oh, nothing." He took a sip of his coffee, smiling a bit at Kirk. "Just gonna pay a visit to a friend o' mine."

Lexie was still half awake when somebody knocked at her door, making her want to bash her head against the wall. "Coming!"
She quickly put her grandma slippers on, trying not to trip over the mess in her bedroom and the very excited Texas that kept barking and jumping.
When she finally made her way over to the door, she groaned before opening it, instantly regretting her decision of not caring about her appearance at all. "What the fuck are you doing here at nine in the morning?"
