Human Mates (Sequel to Alpha Mates)

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile.

My phone decided to go on walkies so right now I need to either replace or find that one and because on my laptop it doesn't show up when I get a notification like when someone comments, so I'm not ignoring you, I'm just not aware that you have said anything.

Anyway, on with the chapter :)

Chapter 9

"This week has been the worst." Jaymie complains.

"I know but it'll get better soon." I promise.

"I hope so."

"We just need to ignore them, I've told them to back down and if anything happens, I'll deal with it, okay?" I ask.

"Okay." I smile down at Jaymie as I sit down on her bed.

"What do you want to do today?" She asks.

"I don't mind, what do you want to do?" I ask back.

"Wanna just relax?" She suggests.

I nod my head before lying down with my hands behind my head.

"Leave room for me, fatty." Jaymie jokes.

I laugh and move so that there is no room left on the bed.

"Hey! Move over."

"Sorry, am I in your way?" I ask.

"Yeah, kinda." She pokes me.

"I never noticed." I say. I close my eyes and ignore her while smiling lightly.

I open my eyes in shock and look up at her.

"W-W-What are you doing?" I ask.

"Getting comfortable." She says.

I keep still as she moves around a little before placing her head on my chest. I hold my breath and stay still as she lays on top of me.

"Are you breathing?" She asks.

I let out my breath as I feel my heart begin to race.

"Why are you on top of me?" I ask.

"Because you're in the way." She states.

I nod my head while trying to keep my heart beat at a normal pace.

"Why are you so warm all the time? I've never seen you cold." She asks.

"I don't know, warm blooded?"

A knock on the door makes me nervous. Jaymie tells the person to enter as she doesn't move.

Luke walks in and smirks at us.

"Hey Tay." He greets.

"Hey Luke."

"Jaymie, mom wants to know if Tayla is staying for food?" He asks.

Jaymie looks at me and silently asks by raising an eyebrow in which I shrug my shoulders to her in reply.

"Yeah she'll stay." Jaymie answers to her brother.

Luke nods his head and winks at me before closing the door. I laugh at him as Jaymie blushes.

Jaymie raises herself randomly before pecking my cheek. She gets off of me and walks over to her stereo system. After plugging her phone in she messes with a few dials before music begins to play.

I move so that I'm not taking up all of the space on the bed and she walks over and sits beside me.

"Oh look, you're skinny again!" She jokes poking my side.

I move back slightly and laugh at what she said.

"Is someone ticklish?" She asks.

I shake my head no quickly but before I'm able to move she has already gotten me pinned to the bed as she tickles me.

"D-Don't! Stop, please!" I beg.

She stops tickling me. I stare up at her while trying to catch my breath.

I stare at her as she moves her hair out of her face. She clicks her fingers in my face and I blink a few times.

She laughs before hugging me tight, still straddling me. I wrap my arms around her and smile, enjoyng the shocks running through my body.

She moves back and our faces become close. My mouth becomes watery as I stare at her. I become nervous at how close we are, just staring into each others eyes. I swallow what's in my mouth as she leans in slightly.

I look down at her lips before looking in her eyes. She leans down more and closes her eyes. I close my eyes and move up slightly.

My lips brush against hers and just before either one of us can press our lips together properly, someone knocks on the door.

Jaymie moves back in shock. She looks conflicted as she tells the person to come in.

Quikly getting off of me, she sits beside me as Luke comes in again.

"Food's done, come and eat before it's cold." He tells us.

I nod my head before he walks out and closes the door.

My eyes are still open in shock when I look at Jaymie. She gets up off the bed before looking down at me. I get up too and we make our way toward the door. Just as she places her hand on the door handle I turn her around and gently push her against the door.

I move my head close to hers and press my lips against hers. The kiss starts off slow as our lips press against each others. I gently hold her in place as I get butterflies and shock all over my body.

The kiss becomes more heated as she licks at my bottom lip. I open wide in shock and welcome her tongue. Our tongues slide against each other as she quickly switches us over so that I'm against the door.

She presses into me and lets go of my hands. She places her hands on my hips and rubs litle circles against my skin. I gasp in shock and moan as I start to feel turned on.

Three strong knocks hit against the door behind me. I jump and move away from Jaymie.

"Hurry up guys, I want to eat!" Luke whines.

I laugh and move away from the door, Jaymie opens the door and we start to walk out, my hand slipping into hers as I think about what just happened and how that was my first kiss, ever.
