Pokemon: Journey of Ash and Lillie [My Way]! Arc 1: Kanto (On Hold)

Celadon City Shopping Spree!

PLEASE NOTE THAT ASH WOULD'VE FOUGHT SABRINA FIRST, BUT SHE'S TOUGH!

Ash, Lillie, Brock, and Misty all approached the Celadon Gym, and Ash was wondering who to use in the battle, but first, they were going to do some sightseeing. Ash and Lillie started at a perfume store.

"Wow, look at these perfumes!" Lillie gasped, "Can I get one Ashy?"

"Sure Lillie!" Ash chuckled, they went inside and got the one that was Lillie's favorite smell.

Brick and Misty ran into Erika.

"Hey Erika, long time no see!" Misty giggled, and Erika smiled and hugged the two gym leaders.

"Misty, Brock, oh my it's been so long!" Erika giggled, "Why are you here?"

"We came with our friends Ash and Lillie, who are exploring the Kanto Region!" Brock stated, "Ash and Lillie went to the perfume store!"

"Oh, is one of them taking on the League?" Erika asked, and Misty told her that Ash already had the Pewter, Cerulean, and Vermilion Badges cleared, "So I guess I'm next!"

"Yeah, Ash was wanting to meet you first though!" Misty stated, "He's with his best friend Lillie Aether, but I feel like they're more then just friends!"

"Young love I see!" Erika giggled, "I'll go check it out!"

Ash and Lillie were enjoying some ice cream at the moment.

"I gotta say, despite being a boy, the perfume smells amazing!" Ash stated, and Lillie, Pika, and Snowy all agreed, "After we finish our ice cream, let's find Brock and Misty, okay?"

"Oh, you're the kids Misty and Brock told me about!" Erika gasped, and she approached the kids, "Hey there!"

"Oh hello there!" Lillie exclaimed, "Aren't you the Gym Leader of Celadon City, Erika?"

"Indeed I am!" Erika stated, "Ash and Lillie, it's a pleasure to meet friends of my childhood friends Brock and Misty!"

"Nice to meet you," Ash stated, ", any friends of Brock and Misty are friends of mine!"

"Excellent!" Erika exclaimed, "So, how are you enjoying the Greenhouse Gym design, and I see you bought one of the perfumes I made!"

"You made this?" Ash exclaimed, "I gotta say, you did amazing at making this perfume miss Erika!"

"Ash is so right, it smells amazing!" Lillie giggled, Erika was touched by how nice these new friends were being to her, and she was starting to tear up, "Erika? Is something wrong?"

"It's just," Erika sighed, ", besides Misty and Brock, no one has ever said something THAT nice!"

"That's rough!" Lillie exclaimed, "Well, we're glad to be your friends Erika! I think that my brother would like someone with your personality!"

"Oh, who's that?" Erika asked.

"The winner of the Kanto League last year!" Lillie stated, "His name is Gladion Aether!"

"Oh, so that was the guy who defeated me with his Lycanroc!" Erika gasped, "I remember him now, he beat me 3 to nothing!"

"Well, he's a strong person, that's for sure!" Ash chuckled.

"So, I'm a bit tired at the moment..." Erika sighed, "How about tomorrow we battle, because I'm still recovering from Red and Gary beating my teams badly!"

"Sure!" Ash chuckled, "I want to have a fair battle, and it wouldn't be fair if your team is tired!"

"Thank you Ash!" Erika stated, "Tomorrow, I want to battle with everything I have!"

"Got it!" Ash chuckled.
