The next morning I woke up late and hauled ass to the dojo.

I push the door open and quickly drop my bag. I walk over to Aisha who looked distressed. She was watching something on her phone. "Hey what's the matter?" She looks up at me and turns her phone.

"Sam's dad made some stupid youtube ad about his new dojo and he disses Cobra Kai." She says offended.

"Don't be a snake in the grass." I scoff. That was obviously directed to us. I look up and see Hawk walking out from the back room with his head down. He looks up and sees me.

I sigh as he walks over. "Cass, can we talk?" He says quietly. I nod hesitantly. He pulls me outside.

"Look, I'm sorry." My eyes widen at his words. "I shouldn't have just assumed you were seeing Keene behind my back." I look down.

"Why didn't you just tell me that he was your brother?" He asks. I look up at him confused.

"When did you ever give a chance to?" He clenched his jaw and looked down. "I tried to tell you but you just kept talking over me." I noticed that my voice was raising and I try to calm myself down.

"You could've shouted or something. We would still be together if you had tried harder to tell me." Was he really trying to pin our break up on me. "Or maybe you didn't want to try." His face hardens. I forget all about trying to calm down.

"Is that what you think?" I take a step towards him. I was not going to be blamed for ruining what we had. "You're wrong. If you had just talked to me about how you were feeling instead of acting like a CHILD-" I shout. "Maybe we'd still be together."

"You're right." He says. I kept a straight face. "I'm sorry, Cass...Give me another chance." I'm taken back at his request.

"No, Hawk. You're with Moon and-" He cuts me off.

"She's not you, Cassie." He takes a step towards me and I push him back, but not hard.

"And I'm with Miguel." I say, finishing my previous protest. He looks down at me, confused and hurt. I brace myself for him to lash out.

"Oh." He steps back. I look at him confused. He was clearly pissed but didn't shout or punch a wall. Was he feeling ok?

"Can we...can we start over then?" He asks. I flinch when he extends his hand out. "Friends?"

I hesitate, looking between him and his hand. I reach out and shake his hand. "Friends." He smiles and we head back inside.

"And let me teach you, the way of the fist." Dad holds up a fist.

"And cut." Aisha drops her phone.

Dad thought a good counter strike to Mr. LaRusso's diss would be to make a commercial where he kicks a tiny tree and tells kids to not be pussies.

"Ok make sure our logo comes up at the end. I want it to really pop. Oh and throw Thunderstruck under it." He says to Aisha. "Um, I'm pretty sure the rights for that song will cost too much." Aisha replies. "No, I already own it. Cassette's in the car."

I try my hardest not to laugh. "Oh, and add one of those hash browns at the end. Like hash brown Team Cobra Kai or something. And then SEND IT TO THE INTERNET!" He disappears into the back room and I snort.

Miguel starts to laugh and I break into a fit of laughter which the class joins into. I see Miguel's face become serious. He looks past me and nods. I look at him confused as he walks away with Hawk following.
