Everything is back to normal. I am back home, my home, with Ansh and my pack. Everyone have accepted me as their Luna. And so have I.

All the little doubts I had about my worth are gone now. I know I am worthy of being their Luna. And I'll give my best to prove it whenever required. I'll work hard to justify my position.

Yesterday, when the rogues attacked out of nowhere, I was very scared. I mean I just escaped their clutches not a day earlier, and here they are troubling my family and friends.

Sameera and I were just having little chat when a vampire broke into my room and attacked us. Out of instinct, I shifted to my wolf form and battled the vampire. Then two more vampires followed behind him. 3 vampires killed my dad. Now 3 more are trying to kill Sameera.

Yes, they were after Sameera. They wanted to drink her dry. I could see the blood thirsty eyes staring at the timid form of the human hiding me. For a moment I felt her palms clutch my fur tightly, holding me close to save her dear life, just as she saved mine.

Moon Goddess, please save us. I prayed.

As if my prayers for help were responded instantly, Arav came in, shooting two vampires into paralysis with his freeze gun while the other one escaped through the window.

Sameera wasted no time in coming out and embracing the super cop.

Does the two of them have something going on?

Guess I wasn't paying much attention to my surroundings.

Arav handed Sameera one of his guns. After a few minutes of reassurance, Sameera climbed on my back and we got out of the room through the already broken window.

I saw the chaos outside. When I saw Ansh, I wanted to go help him, but I was reminded of the responsibility I had on my shoulders. Trishna came in front of me in her wolf form.

I have taken the kids and elders to safety. Ansh ordered me to escort you two to the safehouse. Follow me.

She mind linked me. I followed her there on. I decided to come fight alongside Ansh after ensuring Sameera's safety.

Safe house is a big hall where no one from the outside sense one's presence. A good hide out.

On the way, a bunch of wolves attached us, followed by 2 vampires. One of the vampires being the one who escaped from my room earlier. They tackled me and Trishna to the ground, resulting in Sameera falling from my back.

Trishna was busy fighting the bulkier vampire. The one who previously came for Sameera's blood went towards her sneakily, while she was trying to shoot the bunch of wolves attacking her.

I had a moment of break down then and there. Watching my pack, my friends, my love getting beaten by those rogues was the worst thing in this world. I felt like I was reliving the night of my father's death. Unable to help anybody.

And there, hearing Sameera's scream, I've had enough. I lost it. The only thing I could think of was saving Sameera. The girl who put her life in trouble for a mere stranger.

Using the last bit of my strength, I thrashed the pair of werewolves clawing at me. As they landed far away from me in opposite directions to each other, I ran towards Sameera.

I attacked that vampire with all my might, eventually tearing him apart with my claws and teeth. At that moment I felt an unknown energy coursing through me. Trishna came And took Sameera towards the safe house. I heard Sameera shoot a good amount of rogues with the freeze gun.
