Jungkook couldn't believe it. Even when Yerim tried to make him understand, he refused. For a normal woman like her, liking someone as dangerous as Min Yoongi will only bring her pain than happiness. How he wish he could tell her who is actually the man, but Jungkook knew he is in no place to talk the truth about it. Yoongi will have to pay the consequences on falling in love with her, and Yerim will have to bring herself far from him once she knew the truth.

"You just met him, and now you like him?"

"We met always, besides I have seen him for a couple of times. What is the problem?"

"You know better how strangers are dangerous, Yerim"

"Talk to me about it when I'm literally befriending a man who sell weapons and other dangerous things"

Jungkook sighed, no Yerim should know about Yoongi herself. It will be only time when she know the truth about it, and Jungkook will still stood by her side. She was always careless and Jungkook was afraid if the elder might break her heart the cruelest way.

"Are you going to tell him that you like her? He might don't like you"

"Well, we still can be friends. Like us."

He looked away, eyes landing on some frame at the small table beside the sofa. Yerim is ready to go to work and Jungkook volunteer to send her today. His doe eyes landed on their graduation picture, it was taken 10 minutes before he confessed his feelings to her. A day Jungkook will never forget.

Yerim rejected him.

"Probably I'm the only man who thought still being friends with you is good"

Her ears perked at his words before looking back at his back body facing her. She hated how whenever they talk about this, the both of them might fight but she wasn't the type to back off without a comeback.

"Why? We can't be friends? I thought you had get rid of your feelings since I decided to still be friends with you"

He looked back before snickered, not liking how Yerim thought his feelings were just a piece of trash. A childhood crush is never easy to forgot, but she thought he had moved on. He did try going out and have fun with other girls, but those girls are not her. Will never be her.

"I have my rights to stay in love with you or not. Is there a problem with it?"

She glared at him before stepping closer untill they were a step away from each other. She knew this will eventually happen if they ever talked about the past and Yerim had enough with it. She had make it clear that she saw him as a friend, but the man doesn't seem and want to understand.

"Sometimes, there are things you should keep as a secret, like your ridiculous feelings towards me"
