The pink haired boy watched you throughout the day. All during his time in the cafeteria, in between classes, even as you walked out of his area of vision.
Touma was behind his shoulder the time as well. The overly enthusiastic boy wouldn't stop nagging him. All Kusuo wanted to do was see you.
But of course, being followed by such a talkative person, he knew word would spiral around. And sure he had the ability to reverse things, but the idea of people knowing his small interest in you made him a bit less careful. Maybe if you got to know that the 'reserved' boy of the school had caught a liking in you, you'd possibly want to get closer to him.

Though you really had no room to speak. The first half of the school day, no one really wanted to talk to you. The only person who hung around you was Toritsuka, the perv guy. With literally every girl having such an unpleasant experience with him, none of the others wanted to be around you, in fear of having to deal with him again.
That was until you finally were able to leave the classroom for lunch. It felt so relieving not having Reita all over you.

Saiki decided in going to the cafeteria with hopes of being able to see you. He walked with his head full of possible scenarios. For once, he actually tagged along with Aren, Nendou, and Kaidou. And of course with Touma still eyeing him from behind.
"You're looking for her right? The new girl?" he whispered in his ear, only letting the psychic boy hear him, "Don't worry. But I can tell. Come on, you expect me not to know but I saw you lookin at her in between classes. It was pretty obvious to me. But like I said, don't worry about me telling anyone. Your secret is safe with me. Just like how I know you're a-"
He stopped rambling as soon as he saw you enter from the other side. Touma nudged Saiki with his elbow, but Saiki just shook his head. To signal that his suspicions were in fact 'wrong', but they truly weren't. Touma was actually right.
Saiki noticed how alone you were. Not even Toritsuka was with you. But he finally got to know why he wasn't because as soon as he noticed, the purple haired perv showed up beside him.
