Saiki moved back into a random bathroom stall, making sure it was the boys this time. Casually, he walked out and headed straight for the classroom.

"Hey there you are! We've been looking for you," Kaidou placed a hand on Saiki's shoulder, "Reminder to go home and change out of these," he pulled on the uniform blazer, "and come over to mines, and then we can go to her house."

Saiki nodded, going ahead of them and sitting in his desk after entering the class. Everyone gathered at his desk, as per usual. He leaned on his palm, waiting for the day to be over so that he could see you again.

"If only we still had her phone or something. We should ask Y/n's mom questions about it though," Kaidou said, seeming more interested in finding out where you were, rather than the others.

"It's too late now. We'll talk about it later, or while we're on our way," Aren piped in the conversation and went to his desk.

Everyone scattered out to their own, leaving behind a stressed Saiki. Could they really find out who it is behind all of this? Can they even beat me, a psychic?!

At that point, he knew he would have to be more serious about the situation. The boy couldn't mess up, as if he ever could in the first place. If anyone found him out, he'd just take them out and erase their memories. There was one more option, but he wouldn't do it just yet.

"So meet over at mine and then we can go on to Y/n's!" Kaidou said to the rest of them. Saiki and Nendo followed behind him, heading to their own homes to change out of their uniform. Kaidou said it was for them 'to be formal' in front of your parents.

"You're going out again?" his mom asked him as he headed towards the door.

He simply nodded in response.

"I'm gonna ask you, and you're going to be honest. Do you know anything about Y/n? You seem off lately."

Saiki felt his heart drop. Was it noticeable? Technically, it was believable if his mom said it. Kurumi was basically one of the only people to be able to read him at least a little bit.

As he regained his composure, Saiki shook his head, shrugging afterwards. I'm just heading to her house to talk to her mom. I'll be back later.

"Okay, be safe..."

As he shut the door, Kaidou stood a few feet away from the door. "Ah, I was about to knock," he nervously chuckled, "L-lets get going."

The rest of the guys were met on the way to Kaidou's. They decided on going ahead to yours.

At the front door they were met with a worried face. Soon it dropped down to a smile, though the teens could tell it was a fake one.

"Oh, hello guys. Y/n isn't here so-"

"Excuse me uhm, guardian of Y/n, but we know and we're really sad about it. I was hoping we'd be able to talk about it. If you're comfortable, that is.." Kaidou was the one to speak for them, trying his best to be respectful.

"Of course, come in," they smiled and let them through.

It was awkward, a bunch of 3rd years and a single adult in the room, with an uncomfortable topic.

"So-"

"They'll find her," Saiki heard them say. Eyes glued to the floor, "Our family will do what it takes. I just don't, don't know why they would target my precious Y/n."

"Well, if it was Y/n, I'm sure they would've been planning this for a while," Aren sat back in his chair.

"Or maybe it could be someone from the old school. I mean, they messed with her, if I am correct. They might be doing this as some sort of revenge because she left. There's no one to torment anymore," Akechi spoke up suddenly. Hadn't even noticed he was here.

"When did you get here?!" Kaidou jumped from his seat.

"Sorry about that guy," Nendo pointed at him.

"Back to the serious stuff," Teruhashi chuckled, "Well, uhm, it might have to do with the time when I got attacked.."

"Do you remember what they asked?!"

"N-no, sorry. But your theory may be correct! I mean, the part where it's been planned all along."

"See!"

"But why?! I don't understand. What has my Y/n ever done? And- And what are their intentions?! Are they harming her?!"

Everyone went silent. The only thing able to be heard were the quiet sobs coming from the adult. Teruhashi pat their back, helping them calm down.

"I-if you'd like, we can also take part in helping..?" Kaidou suggested. Crap, I don't even know any of this type of stuff.

"There is nothing you can do to help. Police have looked through CCTV, asked neighbors, searched for anything suspicious- and there's nothing! It's like this was perfectly planned out!"

Of course it was, this is me we're talking about.

He liked the thrill of it all. Seeing everyone so anxious over finding you... Holding all the power... Leaving no evidence behind was the best thing he could've ever done.

But it was already surprising enough that people suspected him. He knew his mom would drop it but there was still other people.

"I think it's time we get going. Pretty late huh?"

They all nodded, some every yawning as they stood up from their seats and stretched their limbs. One by one they exited out, saying their goodbyes and parting to their own paths.

Until it was only Kaidou and Saiki.

A/N: aw shit, i feel so bad for not writing lately. but i'm pretty sure i only have 3 days left of school for me so...
