3rd person (I wanted to try so if it's bad well...)
Lisa Mendoza laid on Adam's chest, everyone was with the girls who were going to Sam's grandma's. Lisa traced circles on Adams chest, while Adam's snores become louder apparently he hasn't slept very much last night.
there was a knock on the door, Lisa lifted her head to see who it was.
"come in." She called out, it was her mother she came in to the room with a smile on her face. Lisa sat up criss cross, and smiled back. "yes?"
"oh right, I made cookies. But I'm going out so you got the house to yourself." She said blushing a bit, Lisa scanned her outfit it was like she was in her 20s again.
"where's the boys?" asked Lisa, her brothers were usually home when her mom went out.
"they went out to check out the place. Well I'm going now." She started to head out the room. But poked her head back in. "oh and please don't have sex."
"Mom! I'm 13 for crying out loud!" Lisa hid her face into the pillows of embarrassment, chuckled can be heard from Mrs. Mendoza. The door closed with a thud shaking the house slightly, Lisa looked up from her pillow to see Adam wide awake.
"so, no sex?" He asked sarcastically, Lisa blushed and placed a hand on Adam's cheek brushing the loose hairs out of the way. "where do you think everyone is?"
"Honestly don't know, they should be back soon." said Lisa looking at the clock, 5:30. She looked at Adam who put his arm around her waist. I smiled, this didn't have the same spark like it did before, that felt like fireworks but now it feels almost dull.
"how long do you think this is gonna last?" Lisa asks her boyfriend, Adam looks at her confused at why she would ask such a question. "I mean like when you go back, it was hard for us to do two weeks of long distance. We haven't been dating that long, I'm not saying a year is long but- but I don't know how to explain it."
"Lisa, are you saying you want to break up?" Adam asked firmly, Lisa looked at him hurt for even bring up that subject.
"what? no, why would you even-? you know what let's forget I even brought up this conversation." She gave him a peck on the lips, cuddling him.
They spent the next hour like that overthinking many things, they both sat up when their friends opened the door to the bedroom all looking bummed. Looks like everyone had a good day, the rest of the day Adam and Lisa ignored each other.
When it was time to go to bed they finally decided to talk, Lisa pulled Adam away from the group and entered the bathroom. They looked anywhere but each other.
"Adam, I'm sorry I ever mentioned whatever I said. I want us to last long, I want to be there for you when you graduate." Lisa said, Adam looked over at her and hugged her.
"It's okay, it was a stupid conversation. I feel like you shouldn't apologize, it's stupid really. I should be apologizing for bringing up breaking up."
Never mentioning it again, it is now time for the ducks to go back to Minnesota. And Lisa starts her new year at her new school, in a new state.
(sorry it's short! But have you heard about the new mighty ducks show?! I'm SO excited I've LOVED mighty ducks since I was a little kid still do. Again sorry for the shortness and one month updates)
