Connected and Surprises
not a day goes by she thought about the offer, it was like a calling for her to go there but there was something holding her back. She could seen in her room doing homework, or at least trying to do her homework she's the type to get easily distracted.
"I can't do this! like what in the world is x2+y=34?" She groaned, "I hate math!" she threw her homework onto the ground. Her calendar said 'December 2nd, 1995' it was close to make her decision. She hasn't spoken to the girls about the offer, in fact the girls hardly spoke to each other. The only person, other than her family, that knows is Scott.
"Lisa! door!" Landon, her brother said. Lisa ran down the stairs and toward the door. To say the least she wasn't disappointed.
"Scotty!" Lisa hugged Scott. Scott and Lisa have gotten closer these past few months, with school and everything. Scott obviously hugged back.
"hey Lis, you ready for the science project?" Scott asked, Lisa nodded and they both ran up the stair into her room. "I brought everything we need."
They built they're project together, they stole a couple glances every once in a while. Lisa was about to put in a powder into a mixture, but Scott grabbed her wrist. "that goes in after, unless you want your room filled with fake lava."
"alright then," Lisa said, Scott still holding her wrist. "uhh- Scott?"
"hmm?" Scott hummed, Lisa nodded toward his hand. Scott turned into a deep said of red and looked at her photo wall. "so what's your answer? are you gonna go?"
Scott of course knew about the offer, Lisa didn't know what to do. Lisa huffed. "I don't know, it's a good offer and well I have loads of friends there, and my boyfriend goes there playing varsity."
"You also have friends here, you have me." Scott placed his hand on Lisa's, she smiled that felt nice. Then they made eye contact, it's been about 30 seconds since they've been staring into each others soul. Lisa didn't notice she was moving forward, Scott doing the same, it was like a magnet. They were now inches from each other, Scott's hand gripped tighter onto Lisa's.
Fireworks, that's how it felt. Their lips connected it was like it was meant to be there, not like Banks' kisses. This kiss turned into a makeout session, Scott was now hovering over Lisa. A knock on the door pulled them apart, they sat side by side with a smug look.
"it's open!" Lisa said grabbing a textbook, she looked at the person. Her boyfriend stood there with a smile and a small box. "Adam! wh- what are you doing here?"
Lisa was now standing, "Can't I visit my girlfriend?" said Adam.
"b-but- you have school!" Lisa stammered still in shock, her and Scott just kissed, and now Adams here. "not- not that I'm not happy to see you, I'm thrilled."
"I made an exception, and well I could stay for Christmas." Adam said with a smile, he looked at Scott and frowned. "who's he?"
"Uh- Adam, this is Scott. Scott, this is Adam. You guys already met." Lisa said awkwardly, Adam looked between the two.
