Two sides, one person

The bank robbery

I couldn't believe I had gone out with Hayden last night, never in a million years would I imagine me with him. Then again, things do happen. We both agreed not to tell anybody we were dating or that we liked each other because that could create chaos. Plus we needed to stay on track with the gang and everything. Especially with the bank robbery coming up soon. I glance at my watch, 8:30 am. 30 minutes until the robbery would begin. 

I began getting dressed, with a black hoodie and black tights. Then putting on my Serum makeup foundation. I should be heading to the studio now, I thought. I picked up my purse thinking of an excuse for why I'd have to go out. As I make my way down the stairs, however, I only see Ava awake. She's watching Riverdale on the couth eating some sort of cereal.

She turns around and notices my presence, "hey Violet!" She exclaims. 

"Hey," I say looking down at the time, "I'm gonna head out for a bit."

Ava was the type of person who didn't need an explanation as to why somebody had to leave. "Alright, see you soon." She says directing her attention back to the TV. That sure was easier than I thought. 

I walk up to the front door, grab the keys, and lock the door behind me. Time to go rob a bank I guess. 

At the studio

I walk into the studio and see Priya doing some kind of coding. She looks relieved to see me. Adam, Jayden, and William are there. William was nice, chill, or maybe he just acted like it. He'd never really get mad at anybody, although he's rarely here. He's going to be helping out with the bank robbery though. I look at Jayden who is on his phone, we make eye contact for a split second. I preferred calling him Hayden but when we are in the gang we have to be fully in the gang, which means no real names.

"We all understand the rules, right?" Priya reports. 

"Yes yes, we know," Adam mutters rolling his eyes.

Priya turns around, "Jayden isn't paying attention." 

"Jayden you imbecile, just listen for one minute," Adam grunted. "I wanna get this over with."

Jayden takes his eyes off his phone, "okay I'm listening, what's up?" He asks.

"You are robbing a bank. You guys must be careful. You cannot kill anyone. Understand?"

"Got it, we'll be careful don't worry," William says putting on black gloves.

"Dixie will be there to make sure we don't do anything stupid." Jayden smiles looking down. 

5 minutes later

"Your driver is here, you're gonna all get in the car," Priya says. She directs our attention towards her computer where there's a map, a map of the bank. "Here." She says pointing to where the entrance is, "the second you guys are about to step out of the car door, you put on the black mask. You're gonna walk up, Violet should come in a few minutes after you guys looking normal. When Violet comes in one of you needs to get in contact with the bank manager. He leads you to the money, you guys sneak out here, at the back, and you're done." Priya explains fastly.

"Easier said than done." Adam mumbles. 

"True," she says, "oh, and make sure to give the driver a tip." 

"Got it," Jayden says. 

20 minutes later

I put my earpiece in, "hello, check-check 1,2." I hear Priya say. 

"Got it, we're connected." 

"Okay, you should be arriving in a minute or two." She says. 

I look at William who looking out the window, it looked like he had something on his mind.
