Sorry this update is late.

I'll try harder next time

"So we are going to defeat him and by defeating him I get to go home?"

"That's the minimum condition. Ideally, we get the stone piece he's probably using to power his fortress."

"Well, let's get on with this then."

You keep walking for miles. Along the way Oki and Fiddle go on about how they're sure they'll easily be able to take the stone, but as they're talking more Oki is really walking ahead of you, and then he starts to levitate and walk along the ceiling.

"You can do that?" You ask.

"Of course." Oki says as if it's stupid.

"Can you take us to the Nightmare Tyrant?", You ask him.

"I can take you down to the gate, but that's about it."

"What do you mean?"

"Just that the Nightmare Tyrant has a magical barrier around the fortress.

"What makes you think I can get past it?"

"The Nightmare Tyrant is an egomaniac that doesn't want anyone to have power over him and take away his ability to spread fear."

"How do you know this?"

"Because he told me."

"What?"

"I said..."

"I heard you the first time, Oki."

Oki stares at you but doesn't say anything and continues to float along the ceiling towards the fortress.

"That was pretty pointless."

"I meant, why did he tell you?"

"Because I'm his son figure."

"That's a funny way of saying he's your dad."

"It is when you have a complicated relationship with your father."

"I had a dad. He got murdered this morning. I got blamed for killing him, but I didn't."

"I'm sorry to hear that. Though I don't think the Nightmare Tyrant cares about your personal life, so much as getting the jewel and getting rid of you."

"Yeah, I'm well aware."

"So, why are you going against your dad?"

"He's not really. I just don't want to see you killed for no reason, besides the fact that you're taking away his son figure.

"You care about me?"

"Sure, everyone in the Order does. Besides Katara, you're probably the most powerful being we all don't want to fight or kill on sight.

"I am really that powerful? How powerful exactly?"

"While you're no doubt an incredibly dangerous criminal and even more dangerous to know, I by no means would consider you a threat to me or my son."

"Why not? You said you wanted to kill me."

"I am not a criminal!"

"I didn't say criminal. I said dangerous."

"Can you at least tell me what charge you're going to against me, because right now everyone is just being accused of crimes and no one really knows why."

"I don't see why that's important, if you know why someone would be good to know, so you can prepare.

"It doesn't matter. All that matters is taking the stone, so I can get back to reality."

"The stone isn't even going to give you any power."

"Then why are we taking it?"

"As I said, the Nightmare Tyrant wants it out of his fortress because he doesn't want anyone else to have power over him, let alone under his feet.

"So, I'm already more powerful than him without the stone?"

"Yeah, I'd imagine that you are."

It's only been a few miles since you've left the village, but it feels like it's taken you a couple hours to get this far.

"I have absolutely no idea how to harness that power. Could you guys train me or something?"

"If you want, but I wouldn't advise it. I'd say the best way to get powerful is to have an outlet for it like battle or magic, and honestly you don't even have either.

"I have magic. And I did learn how to fight when I was younger."

"Heh, well it'll still probably be a waste of your time. I'm not even sure what to tell you that you haven't learned yourself.

"I was never trained in spells or anything. My father only taught me how to defend myself with a sword."

"Then you should be just fine. This isn't like getting a sword and armor and training with a group of real soldiers. You just need to visualize the power you're going to gain, then keep using your mind."
