"Woah! What's that?"

"The key to opening up the portal that will reunite us with our slaves!"

You walk over to the Professor, still on the ground,

"So this is it? This is what you've been after?"

"This and more!" the Professor says.

"That's what they all say..."you think, while Daniel just looks on in anticipation.

"We should bring this to the Zealots. They'll want to see this."

"Good idea. Let's go then!" Daniel says.

You all pick your leader up and head back outside.

"So, how do we use it?"

"Just like an envelope. You put right inside the box and flip through the pages until you reach the one you want to use," the Professor explains.(No idea what he just said)

"That makes it sound easy."

"Is there a catch?"

"Well, there's the risk of combusting the entire thing, but that should only happen if you mix the chemicals incorrectly."

"Okay then, let's do it."

Daniel hands the black cube to you, and your leader.

"I need you guys to mix these two mixtures together. It's really easy, I'll do it for you since I know how."

You and the professor mix it together. You mix the two solutions together while Daniel watches with a puzzled look on his face.

"So, what happens now?" he asks.

"Yeah"

The cube changes form, and the three of you put it in the envelope in turn.

"Now, we wait. It should only take about fifteen minutes."

Ten minutes later...

"Guys, It's glowing!"

"What?" Daniel and the Professor says in unison.

The cube begins to get brighter and faster, it's sounds like a siren right now.

"DAMN IT!" Daniel shouts.

"What wrong!"

"I mixed the solutions incorrectly! The cube is being powered up, and it's about to reach completion!"

You look over at the Professor, who has a terrified look on his face.

"Can't I put a spell on it or something?"

He shakes his head.

"It won't work, the machine has to complete it's cycle. Don't worry though, we're almost there."

"Argh! It's doing something to me. It's sucking my magic."

You begin to feel weird, like a tingling sensation. Really weird. But that's not all, your body begins transforming into something weird. You scream as beautiful golden wings sprout from your back. You begin to float up.

"What the f--"(LaNGUaGEe)

You scream as your bones are replaced with a golden substance. You feel more sensations that you can't even describe. It's like your body is being stretched and pulled this way and that.

"What's going on?"

Your voice morphs into a high pitched squeal. But it's more than that, your mouth is pulled into a smile by some sort of invisible force.

"Daniel! Help!"

You at last, you stop glowing and fall to the ground. You stand up, but you still have wings.

"I feel so free now." You smile as you look at Daniel.

Your face morphs to a monstrous face. It's happy and friendly, but you don't even care. You take a deep breath and let it out. A sharp pain shoots through your chest and you fall to the ground, unconscious.

The next thing you know, you're waking up inside the box.

"Ah, you're awake. Good." The Professor says.

"What happened?"

"You fainted after your transformation, usual side effects. But don't worry, it'll pass. And don't worry about the cube, it's safely stored in a safe place."

"Transformation?"

"Oh yes, I'll explain everything when we're back home."

The Professor does just that, explaining the transformation process as you head towards the helicopter. (Let me know if you want the explanation in full detail)

"So is that why I'm so special?"

"You're actually the first test-subject, but don't worry, there will be more."

Once you're back inside the helicopter, the Professor tells you everything. The project is to create an army of super-soldiers, each one of them more powerful and Driven then the last. (helicopter?)
