Texas POV

With each passing day, I had to accept a few facts; one I was madly in love with Rick,  I can't live without him and lastly I'm caring his child.

My love for him was so much all the oceans on earth couldn't hold it, my heart flutters when his name is mention. If wanting to be with someone every moment of the day wasn't love, then I don't know what is.

After not seeing him for over two weeks, I understand know why they say love hurts. I wanted to go an apologize so much, I knew I overreacted. However I was too much of a pridful person.  Just remembering how he would hold me made my heart ache.

With me caring our child my feelings are only intensified. I couldn't feel the baby but my stomach had start to grow. In all honest, I was confused and scarred. Bringing a life into the word was a big decision and I didn't know if I was up to it.

Thinking about it these past two weeks, I finally put my fears behind me, and went looking for help.

Soon I was setting in front of the Luna of the Silver wing pack. One word  could some her up and it was graceful. She was a like a swan. Indifferent and majestic.

"How may I help you little Alpha," she finally says . "I'm here...I'm here to ask you to tell me something," I muttered.

"What do you wish to know? Is it about your boyfriend or about the baby" she inquired.

"Wha....t!" I stuttered as I tried to be oblivious to her words but I knew I couldn't deny it.

"Yes, I want to know about it and about Rick, they say you can see things others can't.  I'm also here to ask for you help," I admitted to her.

She got up from her seat and stretch out her hand to me, "give me your hand," she demanded.  Right away she looks at my palm strangely.

"You and your mate are destined to be powerful mates, you'll have a son and he'll do great things," she says as she reads my palm.

"Can you see that from just looking at my hand," I inquired ."its not simple looking, I can see how your chi flows and it points me towards the future,"

"Oh, so I'm having a boy," I say to myself  as I touch my slightly swollen stomach.

"To tell the truth I'm jealous. A few months ago I gave birth to a girl but my husband wanted a boy, I knew it was a girl but I hope that he would have loved our child," she tells me.

"Little Alpha don't be like my mate and your father, be happy when you can enjoy the good times of your life for when it gets bleak you can have those memories to comfort you," she continues to say before releasing my hand.

Her words were like a bomb that went off in my head, "why was I mad with Rick, we're both responsible and I know for a fact both of us will become good dads to our kid."

"Thank you so much for your help," I get up fast and thanked her. Leaving the Silver wing pack I head directly to the Crescent moon pack.

Meeting the guard wolves, I asked to see the Alpha and was escorted to his cabin.

Rick's POV

"Two weeks! Two weeks! That's how long I've not seen Texas," I complain. At some points I thought of marching over to his pack and talking to him.

But I knew I couldn't do that, not as yet. Today I was sitting in my office looking over the designs I had for the pack house and the clinic.

Hearing someone banging on my door I got up to my desk and went to the cabin door. To my surprise I saw Texas standing their with one of our hunter wolves. I couldn't help but smile as I observe his face.
