Chp. 12

Felix managed to land the ship on a planet filled with mountains and minerals. Some forests around the planet too. Felix landed on the outskirts of a town. It was mostly a sandy colour with a lot of tall aliens living there.

Felix looked into the engine.

"What's wrong?" Ethan asked him

Sicking his head out, Felix looked at them.

"Im gonna be honest. I dont know how this shit works" Felix told them.

"Your dad never told you?" Wade questioned.

"He told me how to drive it not fix it!" Felix yelled back

"So how are we supposed to fix it?" Mark asked.

"What...What about that town we saw? Someone might know how to fix it"  Sean spoke up.

"Maybe but we don't know if they're friendly or if they even speak english. People who live or work at the market we were at learn how to speak many languages" Bob told him.

"So what do we do then?" Mark asked

"Wade and I can try figure it out." Bob spoke "We've worked with a few machines before maybe we can find out"

They both walked over to the engine as Felix walked away from it.

"I think it would be best if we make sure there's nothing dangerous about" Mark said.

"Good idea" Sean replied.

"Maybe you should stay" Mark turned to him.

"What? Why?" Sean questioned.

"It's just....You dont have any powers, Sean. Im worried you might get hurt" Mark told him.

"And? I'm fine" Sean spoke.

"Fine. Just be careful" Mark spoke with concern.

Ethan, Mark and Sean headed off. Felix staying with Bob and Wade.

The three of them went in separate ways. Sean kept walking into the near by woods towards the town. He was going to see if anyone can help.

He looked amazed at the plants. Some of the trees were so tall he couldn't see the top of them.

Animals ran around the woods making him smile. He had never seen anything like this...From what he remembered.

Turning around he saw a deer like creature attempting to sniff him. It had fluffy blue fur and white glowing antlers that wrapped around like a halo.

"Hello.." Sean said softly as he slowly lifted his hand to it. It sniffed it before rubbing its head onto his hand.

Sean gave a soft laugh at the animal's friendliness

His tail appeared again and his ears grew longer. Other animals seemed to grow curious and slowly make their way over.

But it was cut sort when they heard a twig snap. Sean's tail disappeared as his ears shrank down again. The animals running away as he looked over in the direction of the village.

He saw a young alien boy looking at him. He had pink skin, horns and braids. He wore sand coloured clothing and helt a small basket

Sean gave a small wave. The young boy dropped his small basket before running the way he came

"Hey wait! I..." Sean called after him. "I didn't mean to scare you"

He walked over and and picked up the small basket.

He looked a head and saw the village.

"Sean!" Sean turned and saw Mark and Ethan running to him.
