Part 8 - The Third Years

We just finished ramen and now the Iwa, Makki, Mattsun, Oikawa and I are going to the park to hang out for a bit. It's already past 8 pm so no on will be at the park and we can have it to ourselves. We are about 5 minutes away from the park and we got some bubble tea. Ya, ya we just had a big ramen dinner but there is always room for boba.

Mattsun twiddles his hands towards my arm with a smirk and inches closer to me. 

"Mattsun I swear, if you-"

"I CALL SWING!" Mattsun smiles as he pokes my arm and rushes to the park along with the other guys  and I chase after them. Oikawa stays with me though and laughs his ass off.

"Fuck you Mattsun!" I laugh as I chase after him and the rest of the guys. Danm these boys are fast. Oikawa rushes up in front of me and bends down.

"Get on! We both know I'm faster!"Oikawa says and without thinking I hoop his back. I wrap my thighs above his hips, I cross my ankles together and wrap my arms around his shoulders. Oikawa hooks his arms under my thighs and smiles at me before running after the guys. 

 When he starts running is when I realize what we are doing. I feel my heartbeat quicken and the wind in my ears as Oikawa holds me onto his back as he chases the other guys. It's like we are dating again. I really hope we beat Shiratorizawa. The match is in today's so we have tomorrow to practice and I know the guys can do it but still. I just really want Oikawa to win the deal. Even he did lose the deal I would stills we should get back together. I miss him I do. There are so many firsts I've had and so many I haven't had with him. We shared our first kiss, first  I love you, first cuddle, fist night over but we still haven't had our first couples weekend (I don't know how teen couples can do it. My ex  boyfriend and I haven't even slept in the same bed before), our first time.

Oikawa stops running and lets out a  breathy laugh. "They already got to the swings!" He whines as he looks back at me. I widen my eyes nervously and nod. 

"I-It's fine." I say softly and Oikawa giggles softly.                                                                           

"Do I have N/N-chan flustered?" He teases as he quirks up a brow. I feel my heart beat even faster. He hasn't called N/N-chan since we were together. Sure it's only been 2 months ice we've been broken up but I feel a sense of pride come over me. We will still be together. I know it.

He doesn't wait for answer but he starts walking up to the guys who are sitting on the swings and watching us walk over with smirks on their faces. The guys won't say anything. I know they would rather watch the story of Oikawa and I unfold in front of them. We reach the guys and Oikawa lets me done. I hop on the spare swing. Oikawa comes up behind me and starts pushing me gently and him and the guys start a conversation and I watch them with a smile. They are talking about  the volleyball game that was broadcasted yesterday night. I love these guys, I really do. 

FLASHBACK

"Wow you recruited a new manager Captain!" One of the upperclassmen said.

"I didn't recruit her. She volunteered.Go on introduce yourself." The captain said and I stepped  in front of the group 20 boys. They were all tall and had large builds. I only saw 2 familiar faces that day. Oikawa and Iwa. Oikawa and I were already together during this time. I joined the club later in the month because the team's priority was try outs.

"I-I'm Y/N L/N. First year class 4. I'll do my best!" I said and bowed in front of them as Oikawa gave me a small thumbs up with a grin. 

"Welcome to the team!" They all said. I remember looking at all of the boys with a scared smile. I saw two other familiar first years. I already knew their names, they would scream at each other in the halls for crying out loud. I knew these two boys were first years cause they were on my floor. Makki's hair was a lot longer and Mattsun's hair had only gotten messier over time.

"You're the girl Oikawa keeps yapping about." Makki said and I felt my body warm up as I glanced at Oikawa who was sticking his tongue out with an embarrassed face. 

"Are you actually his girlfriend?" Mattsun asked and I laughed a little.

"Ya. I actually am. Toru does sound like he's bluffing half the time. The tone of his voice is just weird." I laugh.

"N/N-CHAN! DON'T BE MEAN!"

"Oikawa." The captain at the time said strictly.

END OF FLASHBACK

"You guys are gonna win that match. I know it." I say as I look a the boys from my lightly moving swing.

"Thank you? We were talking about sex though." Makki laughs and I roll my eyes with a smirk and the guys laugh.

"I try and say something sweet, guess I zoned out..... Aren't you all virgins except Mattsun?" I giggle.

"I'm giving the boys some advice Y/N." Mattsun laughs and my smirk grows wider.

"You've only had sex once Mattsun. You told us about how you only did it because you and the girl we will not call out were both horny and the experience was as awkward as hell." I laugh and the other guys start snickering.

" Mattsun, I'm sorry but that's sad." Iwa laughs.

"Iwa-cha. You're a virgin too though, right?"

"SHITYKAWA!"

"Thanks for walking me home guys." I say as they walk me up my porch steps.

"No worries. We'll see you tomorrow." The guys says I step into my house. Ugh morning practice on a Sunday! I guess I'll sleep early.

"Hey mom!" I smile as I walk up to her and give her a hug.

"Tobio called. He said to call him back when you can." Mom said with a yawn as she picks up her cup of tea. "Good night dear." she smiles as she pats my head.

Guess I'll call Tobio tomorrow.
