Amelia stares at the bars in her cell, thinking about her brother's situation. She tries to think of weird occurrences that might have hinted that her brother is a titan but to no avail.

Is it in our blood? That would mean I'm a titan too. Is it father's doing? No. Then what is it?

She suddenly remembers her training and recognizes weird traits that she has, probably caused by their genes.

But that's impossible!

Amelia groans and kicks the bar in her cell, recalling past events.

"Listen up, superiors from different military regiments are coming over. Behave yourselves while you're at it."

That was the last thing the instructor said before going.

Amelia doesn't remember how many months she has been training but she knew this was the longest time she had been away from Eren. She would always visit him when their dad was away to treat a patient, which was frequent.

'How frustrating.'

Amelia's green eyes look at her fellow cadets sparring, thinking nothing but to finally just end all of this training and actually do her job as a soldier.

"Oi, why are you slacking off?", the girl's head shots up and looks at the person who called her out. She comes face-to-face with Klaus, who she found arrogant and annoying. Amelia tucks her blonde hair at the back of her ear before putting her hands up, gesturing that she got caught, to spite him.

Klaus scoffs at her and throws her the ugly wooden knife that many people have touched already. As a doctor, everything that was going on the training was disgusting and immoral for someone who treats injuries and sicknesses. Amelia was horrified from the experience but became used to it after a couple of weeks. One thing she can't stand is other people's dirt invading her space, the one thing she can control being snatched away by someone who don't wipe their ass properly.

'Disgusting, the last person who probably held this had sweaty palms.'

"Come at me little girl.", Klaus taunts her, she fixes her gloves and gets into a fighting stance.

There was silence, both of the cadets stare at each other for a while, observing every little movement. Amelia's eyes suddenly went blank as she raises her fists, Klaus gets ready to block the predictable attack. Before he knew it, his face was smashed against the floor.

'Huh?!'

Amelia smirks in victory, she locks Klaus' body using her legs as she pokes his reddening cheeks with the same ugly wooden knife.

'That was fast, I didn't know she could move that fast.'

Klaus stares at her in shock before throwing her off of him.

"Beginner's luck.", he says before rushing off. Amelia smirks to herself and chuckles.

'Tell me about it.'

She thinks of this before pondering on the same thought that has been bothering her ever since training required them to fight one another.

'When did I ever learn how to fight?'

Amelia figures that it was instincts, but she knows that she was just in denial of things. She knows that there was something more to her. The movements that she showcases wasn't something that instincts can do. As she thinks about it more, her head pounds with pain and confusion.
