The group of 11 all turn their heads to Vernon, pondering on his question. The 7 members who does not have any recollection of the past could only racked their brains at the seemingly no-answer question though the 5 other had a slight idea of what the answer to the question could be. Before long, Chan who was resting his eyes just now open his mouth to answer the question.

"From what I can see, he's not one of us. Meaning he's not an experimental subject like us....And from there, I assumed that he was a natural. Naturally born with power....And I also assumed that the reason he was taken in with us were because of that but something doesn't seem right. How do they know that he had power? I don't think he even showed people his power so that remain a mystery even to me.... Aghhh.. My head hurts."

With exhaustion still present in his voice, Chan toughen himself up to explain what he had discover for the past few days, his words getting stuck every two sentences. And even though he seemed composed when he was explaining, he immediately shut his eyes after and groaning loudly with the pain he was undergoing.

The group was listening attentively when Chan starts exclaiming how his head hurts and they could do nothing but to just ask if he was ok. Joshua who was sitting beside him sigh after patting the younger's shoulder, catching the attention from the others.

Seokmin asking cautiously," What's wrong hyung?"

"It's nothing. Just... this is an example of the side effect. Chan had the power to mind control so earlier he mind controlled himself to not be entirely affected by Hoshi and this is the result. The side effect would have something to do with your power so yeahhh.."

Joshua explained though he was somewhat blushing a bit when his partner suddenly asked. He was so scared that Seokmin would view him as a traitor since he didn't tell the younger about his memories but now that he received a genuine smile of acknowledgment, he was relieved.

After what seemed like a full minute of silence, Seungcheol decided to say something.

"I think that's enough for today. I suggest we should go to rest now since some of us looks like they really needed it. We'll continue this tomorrow."

As soon as the leader had finished his words, he stands up and pull Jeonghan along before proceeded to walking up the stairs. His other group members seems to agree with the idea and one by one of them leave their seats to their respective rooms. Well, most of them.

Seungcheol had pull Jeonghan into his room, saying how he wanted to discuss something with his significant other. Because of that, Joshua who happens to be Seungcheol's roommate had went ahead and join Seokmin in the room next to his original one.

Mingyu had then begged Wonwoo to let him sleep in the older's room since he didn't want to become a third-wheeler in the room. Seungkwan who had his eyes down-casted from earlier had nudged Vernon to let him sleep together since he was in desperate need of someone's support right now.

Jun had already hugged the half-asleep lover of his into the younger's room which he originally shared with Seungkwan and Chan had also asked the permission of Jihoon to let him sleep with the short male since he didn't want to disturb any couple which the older comply since Hoshi didn't even sleep in the room except that time when he nearly fainted.

With all of them already finding a place to sleep, they all get themselves comfortable before sleep finding their ways to all the teens.

Meanwhile.

Right after Hoshi had successfully made his way into the seventh room, he slid down with the door as support and nearly fall to the side from the exhaustion he was feeling. However, he didn't let himself faint instead supporting his fallen body in the last second.

His coughing fit had already subdued though the blood were still there but instead of a huge amount, it only came out as tiny drops sliding down from the corner of his lips. He was relieved that he didn't seemed to be in a state of excessive blood loss so he was grateful for that.

After about half a minute of regaining his breathing back, he flinched visibly at the sudden voice reaching his previously bloodied ears. He clutch his eyes shut and move his hands desperately to cover his two twitching ears. He gritted his teeth at the amount of sounds he was hearing and tighten his closed eyes even more.

He was in a state of hyper-sensitive which would only happens if something like earlier happens. He knew that well enough but he still couldn't get used to it yet so what he can only do now is just wait. Wait for the group to stop whatever talk they were having.

Although he was still refusing to listen to the group talk, he seems to caught onto something that he couldn't help but widen his eyes.

Who knew half of the members knew they were an experimental subject which he himself didn't know of ever happening before. He took a mental note to search that later. He was about to closed off all connection to the outside world from his raging ears when he flinched again after hearing Vernon asking a very confidential question. The kid had asked the group about him. About Hoshi. About his power.

That though doesn't surprised him as much as when Chan suddenly starts answering the question in which some of it were accuratelly right. This will not end well, Hoshi pondered in his throbbing head.

However, right after Chan had exclaimed how his head hurts, the group didn't seemed to be suspicious of the information about his power instead worrying about Chan and that makes Hoshi sigh in relief, his figure becoming slack on the door while his body slowly letting exhaustion taking over when he heard the group going into their respective rooms to rest. Before his body reaches the hard floor, he let one word slip his mouth before everything goes dark.
