Mission | Seventeen au

Him!

I am sincerely sorry for not updating. I've been busy with school and stuff. I'm just saying that I'll be nearing my hiatus so that I can focus on my exams that are near! I'm again am truly sorry!

Now enough of that. Let's start!

"Where the hell are they?" Youngk had been looking at his watch for the hundredth time. He had waited at the entrance of the mall for more than 40 minutes with Jae and the 11 kids, since Yugyeom had went back to the cafe to finish his work,  and he's beginning to be very annoyed at the two latecomers. 

Who, you ask are they waiting for? Obviously its Seokmin and Joshua.

After Seungcheol, Jeonghan and Yugyeom had left the two in that one alleyway, they had made their way back to the entrance and casually waiting for the others to arrived. The three had no idea what their friends might be doing in the said place but they have some kind of a hint on what the two might have done there. Yugyeom had encourage his best friend to just confess to his damn crush and seeing Joshua's face fall too when Yugyeom whispered something in Seokmin's ears confirms that they have mutual feelings but then what weirded Jeonghan up was how Joshua had taken a liking to the kid. As far as Jeonghan knows, Joshua had never show any interest towards anyone be it at school or at any of the parties they've went together in the past. 

See, the Yoon family is actually very rich that they have to attend lots of parties in attempt to deepen their trust with their business partners so when they have these kinds of event, Jeonghan and Joshua would both be present there. There  would be lots and lots of girls swooning over the two good-looking guy and some would even try to flirt with motives to make themselves known. Of course the two wouldn't even bat an eye especially Joshua. At least Jeonghan still had the audacity  to flash a smile at them once in a while but Joshua ignore them completely for he had said that he feel no need to befriend or even get along with them if in the end they would be such a pain in the ass. Jeonghan had to agree to him. He knows how befriending someone that would eventually leave them behind would actually hurts but he couldn't do anything about it. He was the heir to the Yoon's company. He had to pretend, thank god he was really good at it, to keep his family image. No, he's not saying that his father is the type to be harsh and strict to their next-in-line but when he did something wrong that could scratch even a bit of the Yoon family's name, he would be done for. 

Back to the story, Youngk was already groaning when his clock strikes 6 meaning that they have waited for almost an hour for the two. Then at the very corner of his eyes he saw two figures running towards the group. When they have arrived, both of them had bend a bit to catch their breath while panting. "Why are you guys so damn late?" Jae, who had been really quiet until now voicing out his question. Instead of an answer, he was greeted by a really red-faced Joshua and a very awkwardly smiling Seokmin. It was Jae's time to groan. He had not expected to be waiting here for almost an hour for someone who had done-

"They had done the deed" Jun said rather monotonously. He had expected it.

The two blushed even redder and Seungcheol had to face-palmed himself at the reaction. He had expected better from Joshua, the third oldest and Seokmin, the kid that he sincerely thought was innocent until a while ago. 

Youngk on the other hand could only sigh at them and motion the kids to follow him back towards their place. Once the 13 of them had enters the house, Jae and Youngk had informed something and waved at them before leaving the resident. "Make sure you kids sleep well tonight since we'll be having our first training together tomorrow. See ya."

The next day

The same cycle of people woke up first having Mingyu cooking breakfast and Seungcheol, Seokmin and Chan readying the table. Minutes passed by and all 12 kids swarm the place, taking their seats and eating, chatting a bit and when the clock had strike 10, they had all done eating and are currently waiting for the two instructor, this time with 13 of them. 10 minutes after, Youngk and Jae had arrived and they all went to the secret passageway. The lift went down to the second floor and both instructor had walked into the spacious room, followed silently by the kids.

"Ok kids. Today we'll be having a hand-to-hand combat. Each of you have to combat with me since I've heard that you've been training before us came so I'll give the order."

Seungcheol came first since they knew how strong he was then Mingyu followed by Vernon, Seokmin, surprisingly Hoshi, Minghao, Jihoon, Joshua, Seungkwan, Jeonghan, Wonwoo, Jun and lastly Chan. Seungcheol, who got the first call came forward and stand in front of Jae since the older is hella good at combat. Youngk just sits back, ready to take some sort of data on them.

The practice starts and Youngk had to whistled upon seeing how both parties are giving their all and no one could be seen winning nor losing so he decided to call it a tie. When MIngyu, Vernon and also Seokmin were sparring, they too shows how skilled they are and their round was also call a tie. But then something unexpected happened in Hoshi's round. Within the first few seconds, he managed to flipped Jae over and was called wined in his situation. Youngk and also Jae looked baffled at the kid. "He's really the one!" Jae whisper-shout at his friend, his lips forming a large grin.

"Yeah, that's him alright."
