Chapter 2 - Pretty

POV | Ryujin
I realized that I had been staring and hugging this girl for like 30 seconds, I blushed, pulling away. "You're very pretty.. I'd like to show you around.." Damn.. that sounded bad.. Why was I even talking to Yeji? I don't talk to anyone.. this is so weird.. why does my disease take control over my life? She smiled.. and damn.. it made her even more pretty. "Thank you... you're more pretty than me.." She turned around and looked at me, I blushed heavily.

POV | Yeji
This girl was beautiful.. not gonna lie.. I blushed a bit when she called me pretty, "I-I'm new here.. who are you?" I tilted my head. She said her name was Ryujin.. a junior.. cute. I saw a teacher come in, I looked directly at Ryujin, "Is that Mrs. Kang?"

POV | Ryujin
I nodded, "She's a real critique.. but you'll do fine.. just by your beauty.." Shit... Shin Ryujin! Quit flirting! "Uh.. I'll show you around later.." I bit my lip. She nodded and held my hand, squeezing it. I looked up at her... why was she squeezing me?

POV | Yeji
I knew that she had some sort of disease or disability so I just tried to comfort her, I looked down at her and smiled. She looked at me confused but I just kept smiling. As soon as class was over, Ryujin showed me around.. I noticed that she was very shy.. so I just grabbed her arm tightly to stop her, I looked straight at her.

POV | Ryujin
I gasped and looked at her, "W-what?" Then she said, "You can trust me.. you don't have to be shy or nervous.. I promise I won't hurt you or do anything..." Shit.. does she know? I gulped, "Who fucking told you?!" I panicked.

POV | Yeji
I widened my eyes, people were staring at us, I took her just around the corner, "Ryujin.. we're in public.." She pushed me, "I know we are! But who told you?!" I bit my lip, "Ryujin.. what-" She slapped me, making me gasp. "I-I don't know! Nobody told me anything!"

POV | Ryujin
Shit.. I dropped my hands, running away. What did I just do?! People were giving me dirty looks.. I just kept my head down and headed for my secret place.

POV | Yeji
I ran after her, "Ryujin! Wait!" I finally got some stamina, I caught up to her, grabbing her shoulders. The girl flinched and broke down into tears, I gasped.

POV | Ryujin
When she grabbed my shoulders, all I could see was the bully, Beomgyu grabbing me and yelling at me, "You're a freak!" Then he'd pushed me to the ground.. I started to cry. "I-I'm not a freak!" I then realized that it was a flashback..

POV | Yeji
"I didn't say you were!" I walked closer to her, giving her a hug, "It's okay... I don't know why you're crying.. nobody told me anything.. I'm being honest.. b-but is this about a.. disability you have?" I said softly. She wiped her tears, looking down, "I-I'm sorry.. b-but yes.. I do have a disability.. I.. was just afraid B-beomgyu t-told you.. I really need to go.." She ran away again.. and I didn't see her for the rest of school. After school was over, I stopped at gas station to get something to eat in the morning.. I didn't have much money so I just bought a protein bar.

POV | Ryujin
I was so embarrassed of what happened earlier.. I was sick to my stomach just thinking about it. I opened my door to my dorm, I sighed, setting my things down by the door. I noticed there was a note on the fridge, weird... I walked over, looking at it, reading out loud, "Hello this is housekeeping.. we wanted to let you know that someone will be moving today.." That's all it said, I screamed, "Fuck!!!!" I angrily, ripped the note, running to my couch, screaming in a pillow, "W-why does this have to happen to me?!"

POV | Yeji
I was on my way to my new dorm, I hope my roommate is nice.. I opened the door to see a girl screaming into a pillow, I gulped, setting my boxes and stuff down, "H-hello?" The girl looked up and I gasped, "R-Ryujin?!"

POV | Ryujin
"Oh for fucks sake!" I got up and went to the bedroom, putting the blanket over me, "Not her!" I whined and gasped when she had got on top of me, hugging me, on top of the blanket. "What do you want?" I put the blanket down so I could see her. "I'm just a fucking freak.. why are you being nice to me?"

POV | Yeji
"Because you were nice to me.." I kissed her cheek, "And you're pretty.. and I like to help people.. you're not a freak.. you just have disadvantages.." She smacked my head and I groaned, "What was that for?!" I looked at her. "Get away from me!" She yelled, I sighed, getting up, and unpacking my things. What was her problem? Well.. I know she has a disability but.. yeah. After awhile, I came back in the bedroom, seeing her on her phone, I smiled, sitting next to her on the bed, "Whatcha doing?" She pushed my shoulder, I pretended to cry on purpose.

POV | Ryujin
I threw my phone down and hugged her, "I-I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to hurt you.." When she grinned, I huffed, "Fuck you.." I picked up my phone, watching a K-Pop idol's live, I bit my lip when she got under the blanket with me.. I found it cute. She laid her head on my shoulder, watching the live, I smiled, and looked down at her. She looked up at me, she smirked, "Someone likes me.." I smacked her head, "In your dreams.." I looked at live.

POV | Yeji
Totally crushing on me.. I mean who wouldn't? Jk.. but I really do think Ryujin is into me. I watched the live with her. When the live ended, she put down her phone, turned over, and I assumed she went to sleep. I pouted and gave her some space, and tried to fall asleep.
