Fall or Fly

You stand in the edge
Not sure whether there is someone to catch you if you fall
The wind rustles the leaves of the mighty oak tree
It stands tall and free
Unable to hear the whispers of the cowardly things far below
The large oak tree stand alone
Nobody around to catch his fall
So why should you need someone to catch yours?
What if you do in fact fall?
Fall hard and fast
What if you never land?
You just keep falling
Hoping and praying that someone will catch you
But my dear little bird,
What if you fly instead?
