Staring in front of the mirror, I let a deep sigh.

I know for a fact that this is not a date. Or maybe this is date and I am just too dumb to think that way?

Kinabahan ako bigla. Pakiramdam ko may nakakahiya akong magagawa.

I immediately shake my head. "Bahala na." Tingin ko sa orasan ko. May isang oras pa ako.

With an excited movement, I went inside the bathroom. Since this night is going to be something special, I will take a bath longer than usual.

Hindi na ako nag-aksaya pa ng oras at mabilis na kumilos.

"So cold." Bulong ko matapos maramdaman ang malamig na tubig sa katawan ko.

"Iñigo Azrel." I whispered.

That man obviously like me. He's easy to read.

But funny how I still feel uneasy.

Staring in front of the mirror, I decided to curl the ends of my hair before applying moisturizer since it's cold, to avoid my skin from dryness.

"And I'm done... I'm not."

Mabilis akong umupo sa harap ng salamin ko bago kunin ang pearl necklace ko.

Could never go wrong with pearls.

"Martina anak, busy ka ba?" Rinig kong katok ni mama mula sa labas ng kwarto ko.

I immediately open the door, then I saw mom and dad standing there while staring at me.

"Mom, Dad." Mahina kong bulong.

"You're so beautiful, anak."

Pakiramdam ko namula ako sa biglaang puri ni mama.

"Pasok po." Pag-aaya ko sa kanila sa loob.

"Nagpaalam na sa amin si Iñigo kagabi. Sinabi niya rin na siya mismo ang pumili ng isusuot mo, he had a good taste Iha." Si Dad.

"Today is your first date, but not with your boyfriend, but to your friend. We trust Iñigo iha, and I trust you. I know that you feel safe enough to agree with this. Just enjoy, okay?" Naka thumbs-up na sabi ni mama.

"Okay po."

Nakakahiya pala.

I immediately put my Chelsea beige boots as soon as they leave. Spritzing my favorite Krigler 55 classic perfume, and I'm done.

My Lola has a sweet addiction when it comes to perfume. She wants sweet, amber, and sandalwood scent.

This vanilla perfume of mine is her gift last Christmas. I already have 20 bottles of this, thanks to my Lola.
