Chapter 6- Too Risky

He couldn't think straight. He wasn't gay was he. He had only ever been with girls his whole life and now he couldn't help but feel a blood rush as he replayed the image of Dream in his mind.

George was never one for labels. Dream and him had never labeled themselves when on their streams just to keep things a cliffhanger when it came to their personal relationships with one another in the eye of the internet. But now George was seriously contemplating on whether he was straight or not. And all because of his best friend.

He threw himself on his bed completely abandoning the video he was in the process of editing. His audience would have to wait.

His phone buzzed for while consistently which he could only guess was Dream trying to get his attention but then it stopped, and all his thinking made him exhausted. Before he knew he was asleep.

On the other side of the ocean Dream paced in his room. After his private activities in his bath room he couldn't help but feel guilty about what he had done. Yes, at first he had seen it as a challenge, but at the same time he wanted to see George mesmerized by him. It thrilled him.

"Come on George." He re-dialed his number and waited only to be met with nothing.

He gave up on reaching out to the older boy for the day and before he could decide what he could do himself his phone rang. To his dismay Nick's name blared on his screen.

"Hey."

"That's the best you can do, Dream?" Dream rolled his eyes already knowing where this call was going exactly.

"Yes, yes it is bro."

"Look what's up with you? You didn't show to Bad's or George's stream and you haven't even been active on the discord group chat in a few days." He was okay for the most part; other than contemplating flying to England for the sole fact that he wanted to kiss the hell out of his best friend and make him feel how he had earlier. 

"There's just some stuff I need to figure out." He tried his best to sound convincing but when he was met with silence he knew Nick was not having it.

"You know you can tell me anything right? I'll never judge you. You're my best friend Dream." Hearing Nick's words he winced slightly, but he couldn't will himself to tell him what he was feeling. "I know."

He heard Nick sigh.

"Okay, well stop being an idiot and speeding. I'll kick your ass if you get another ticket." He chuckled slightly before the line went dead. That was better than the lecture he was expecting.

Although they left off on a light note, Dream couldn't help but feel guilty that he was keeping things from Sapnap. Especially, when it dealt with George. And once again his thoughts came back to haunt him.

What if George didn't want him like he wanted him? Hell Dream didn't even know how he wanted him.

So Dream willed himself and tried to imagine George with someone who wasn't him. A girl. A beautiful girl at that. With brunette hair and pretty brown eyes. A smile that would make any guy fall at her feet. And she was just as funny as him. Before he could go on he felt a lump in his throat. His chest began to ache, and so he let his mind wander. Imagining George with him instead.
