Macy's view

"Hey Luka" I greet him, surprised by the massive schwing that occurred between us. I knew from past experience there was no way Adrien did not feel that. I glance at Adrien - yep, he felt that...as jealousy was etched on his handsome face. I'll deal with that later, as for now...

I just ignore the schwing, as I was well use to ignoring schwings that had occurred inconveniently in the past. Luka, though, looked surprised, as if this had never happened to him before.

"Hey (he paused here as if wondering what to call me before settling on) Marinette, let me guess, you want to know who has the miraculous?" Luka asked.

I nod, not trusting myself to speak.

"It's Louis" Luka answered "I noticed a few years ago that I could no longer handle the way we use to travel, so I decided to train Louis up. How did he go?"

"He went well. We couldn't have done it without him actually. But that's not the problem here. The problem here is that I am the Miraculous box holder and you did not tell me that you had done this!" I say, annoyed at his decision.

"I honestly did not think that there would be a problem. Hawkmoth retired after resurrecting Adrien and has been dead now 5 years. What happened to his miraculous anyway?"

"It was missing from the estate" I answer "This is clearly Hawkmoth ll. I think that we need a new Ladybug and Chat Noir to fight him. I don't know about Chat, but I agree with you, travel by miraculous is scary." I look at Adrien "I think that we should train new Chat Noir's and Ladybugs"

"As you wish, My Lady" Adrien said smiling at me tenderly. I notice Luka scowling, I wondered if he was like that normally with this pair or just today as the schwing was still there, disturbingly in the background. When Luka noticed that I was inspecting him, he smiled, I nearly had a heart attack as my heart and breath froze. Not good. This man affected me more than Adrien did. I wondered why.

I receive a text from Lillian then saying: -

Hey Aunty,

7 people coming over for dinner. Can you please cater?

I reply

Sure dear, are you coming straight home?

Yes I get back

I type back I will stay home the rest of the day then.

Adrien seemed particularly interested in my message and when he read it, he announced he would stay home too.

"Why?" I ask, Adrien just smirked with a wink. What the hell am I supposed to think with that.

"Well, see you later Luka" I say as I head back up the stairs to start cooking.

"See you, Whoever you are" he replied, causing me to pause for a moment on the stairs as I headed back to the kitchen. I wonder how he knew I was not Marinette, when Adrien is still treating me as her, even though I told him I was not her.

I overheard Adrien ask "What do you mean 'Whoever you are'? That's Marinette."

"No, it's not, whoever that is, it's not Marinette" said Luka determinedly "That one I feel is for me not you. She may have Marinette's body, but it's not Marinette."

"You're going Loopy Luka" Adrien dismissed, despite me telling him earlier that I was not Marinette. Adrien then followed me up the stairs and made it extremely difficult for me to cook as he was being an affectionate feline rubbing against me suggestively. I gave up after the kids came home.

Following Lillian

While Louis had slipped out to battle the akumas the school was in an uproar. Luckily Annette, Lucian and Lillian had Ms Bustier who had experienced regular akuma attacks and had led the class to the school Akuma bunkers quickly and quietly. Not all the classes were so lucky. Several students were injured in the flurry that occurred as a result. It was decided that they would perform Akuma drills every morning until the children knew what to do.
