The kids all piled down the stairs then, talking about their first day at school. I figured out who was who by their descriptions I had written.

Louis Agreste, 15, was a tall muscular blonde hair, bluebell eyes a gentle nature, highly musical, he from what I remembered writing was Adrien's son but he considered Luka his father not Adrien.

Followed by the twins, 13, who were Luka's- Annette and Lucian. They thought of Adrien as their dad, not Luka, so their last name ended up being Couffaine-Agreste. Annette was a willowy bluenette haired, teal eyes and Lucian a muscular build, bluenette hair which naturally went lighter at the ends of his hair, also with bluebell-coloured eyes. Annette was also an aspiring teacher while Lucian modelled with his deemed father, Adrien, regularly.

The next child of Marinette and Adrien's was also 13, born just 8 months after the twins, a premature birth, but he was clever, his name was Elijah Agreste. He was a wiry build, bluenette hair and green eyes and he aspired to be a DJ like his "Uncle Nino". Nino and Elijah would spend hours together mixing tapes whenever Elijah and Nino were free from school and work.

Nino and Alya had a girl who was also 13 called Lillian Lahiffe. Lillian was a petite, but strong build, with sparkling hazel eyes and ombre hair. She was an aspiring fashion designer and often worked with Marinette. Marinette would pay her for her designs if they were used, and more often than not they were used with minor alterations by Marinette. Lillian was like Marinette in nature.

Emiline Agreste, 11, was a slim build with brown hair and green eyes. Her nature and reporting instincts were like Aunt Alya's, who was a full-time reporter for BSN news. Emiline only got a few reviews. It was, however, Emiline who interviewed the new miraculous holders and Alya interviewed the old.

Sebastian Lahiffe, 11, wiry build, with glasses had brown eyes and brown afro hair. He spent alot of time with Marinette's parents learning to bake and run the shop.

From memory, I had them all learning Mandarin Chinese, English, fencing, ballet and a musical instrument. I wondered what instruments they played and what they had. I was looking forward to seeing if I could play still since I had to stop playing as my fingers in my old body would not cooperate how I wanted them too. But for right now I was seeing them all off. I noticed Lillian's reluctance and encouraged her to go anyway. I need not have worried as Louis wrapped his arm around her shoulder and dragged her out the door.

It was about 5 minutes later I noticed Lucian still hadn't gone. "Why are you still here Lucian?"

He looked at me confused "Didn't you ask me to stay last week to do a final fitting?"

I nod but tell him "You go on, I will get someone else to fix it up at the shoot. I hurt my hand just before, its ok but I want to be sure that I don't cause damage to it."

He nods and heads off. I sighed, I was lying because I was not a professional seamstress like Marinette, I would probably make things worse rather than better. Unfortunately, I forgot that Adrien was listening. My eyes met his, and a wave of guilt washed over me as I knew that he would fuss over me all day like a mother hen - the last thing I needed. Don't get me wrong, I thought it was lovely that he was like this, but where I came from my husband would tell me "Suck it up Princess and get on with it."

My other husband wasn't mean, it was just the way he was being a ex-farmer. On the land, you have to be independent and resilient or you would not survive. Despite my condition, I was a survivor if nothing else. I wondered again if Marinette was me and how she was coping. I hoped that she didn't learn the hard way about my allergies and that all I could take was natural painkillers like ginger and turmeric, anything else was a death sentence to me.
