MIN-LEE'S POV

My heart's beating higher, confused with the jumbled feeling. I touch my lip sensing the lingers of his lip. I blushed at the thought.

SUN-WOO'S POV

Walking down the path, my heart aches, thinking that I just cheated my best friend into becoming the king. Regression thoughts filled inside me eating up. Tears threaten to fall but I somehow restrain them.

"How does it feel being the king oroboni" A feminine voice occurs mostly mockingly.

I turn my gaze seeing Ah-rho in tears. 

"How does it feel taking place of my oroboni" She yells stomping away. I pull her into my grasps and embrace her caressing her hair while few drops fell from my eyes. She cries deliberately in my arms rising the guilt inside me more. I pull away and cup her cheeks wiping off the tears.

"I am sorry Ah-rho but this was a command from your father, I couldn't break it. Trust me I am trying to get justice to your brother" I explain

MIN-LEE'S POV

"Sunwoo, I want you to listen carefully, indicate me when the queen's ready until then stay near her. Ji-Dwi you will get changed and take of the place of the coronation with the king attire and Hansung I want you to hear each and every word what the officials are talking" I say.

They all nod and disperse. I hope the plan goes accordingly. Suddenly my gaze falls on Ah-rho who is sitting quietly at a corner. She isn't a silent person. I walk to her.

"Ah-rho, what's wrong? You seem sad" I ask placing myself beside her. she sniffles and looks at me with teary eyes. She then explains to me what happened between her and Sun-woo.

"Ah-rho, don't be sad, he is working upon getting for his best friend and your brother. He never wanted to be a king, it's all a blunder by me" I blame upon myself.  Ah-rho looks at me with her teary eyes. She suddenly pulls me to her embrace. 

"I understand sis" She sniffles and runs away. 

5 MINUTES LATER

As per the plan, Sun-woo immediately indicates the arrival of the Queen. I gesture Ji-DWI to move upon the stage with the face covered. 

"Min-Lee, everything's normal, the officials aren't doubtful of anything plus I have some information collected about the queen," Hansung says as a smirk comes on your face.

You nod at him a smile sweetly. 

"I, Jin hueng, take the oath that I would serve Silla with all my heart and keep the kingdom prosperous as ever" You hear the oath from Ji-Dwi as you smile inside.

My plan worked.

 ~

"ooooh, we did it" Hansung shouts as we giggle at this childishness.

Ji-Dwi, you are now the official king but not known by anyone, soon everyone will know it. Sun-woo you will be taking the seat of Ji-Dwi until the plans have done" I explain them.

"You never explained to us what is your intention Min-lee. I'm curious, tell me the reason" Hansung asks cupping his cheeks.

"Hmm...

Disclosing her every sin in front of Silla" I say.

"Yah! you don't have any work to do?" I ask Hansung who in my clinic just staring at me.

"come on, don't hide it. will you? Say it, I know you love me" He chuckles which makes me blush.

"Hansung~ah is it important right now. although you know I love you-" I say without realizing. I quickly shut my mouth with my palm and squeeze my eyes small. 

"I knew it" hansung chuckles as I facepalm myself. He suddenly grabs my arm pulling me to our hangout spot.

"You remember, first time me bringing you here? You gave me the blanket and everything" He says turning towards me as I nod shyly. He suddenly let go of my wrist and pulls me by my waist. Our bodies touching each other. This is how it feels when you are loved.

AUTHOR'S POV

He deeply stares at her oceanic eyes. oh how much he loved to see her, he could watch from day tonight. he was addicted. Addicted to her. Her eyes, lips, body, everything was his now. He slowly lessens the distance between them. Min-lee closes her eyes as she awaits to enjoy the moment. Their lips meet. their lips moving in a rhythm against each other. They kiss each other passionately pouring all their love. His hands roam around her waist and pull her onto him.

they part themselves after some time. Hansung's eyes watch Min-lee with full love and care. He smiles heartfully at her and pulls her into his embrace.

"I love you, Min-lee" he mumbles breathing against her neck.

"I love you too Hansung" Min-lee confesses as Hansung smiles wholeheartedly. His heart blooms with happiness. Oh how much he wanted to hear this from her. he won her. 

He gently holds her hand and pecks it caressing it with his thumb. He huffs.

"I am writing a letter to my Grandfather about my discontinuation of being a Hwarang. But I am scared Although being a true bone, I don't feel like fighting or anything but half-brother Dan-se is good at it. I feel sad for him and secondly, I have found you, I don't wanna lose you," He says deeply sighing. Min-lee glances at him once. Her heart clenches seeing him like this. She patted his back and she extends to hold his hands.

"Don't worry, express everything to him, I know you can do it" you encourage him. He again brings himself close to her, pecks her, and takes in his embrace. She smiles and prays internally to be like this always and stay happy

BUT....

happiness isn't choosing them. is it?
