Julie's on her period and luke helps her feel a little better.

When julie wakes up she feels terrible. She miserable, shes boiling even tho it's actually quite cold and her back is killing her, shes sure her cramps will start up soon.

Theres a knock on the door and her father pops his head in

"Time to ge- oh" he winces

"That time of the month again?" Ray asks cautiously not wanting to accidentally anger the girl, he knew how girls were when asked that question.

Julie simply nodded as a cramp hit her.

"Ok, I will get some painkillers, you can stay in bed for the rest of the day if you want and i will leave you alone that good?" Asked ray.

Julie nodded her confirmation and ray left to go get the painkillers.

A few minutes later ray returned with the painkillers and gave them to Julie along with her hot water bottles, some chocolate and a few movies.

"Thanks papi" julie smiled at her dad.

When her father left Julie kicked the movies off the bed not caring to move them with her hands, grabbed the hot water bottle and placed it on her abdomen.

Julie huffed as she grabbed her phone to scroll through Instagram, wincing and whimpering now and again and the shots of pain she gets.

Suddenly three ghosts poofed into the room, scaring Julie.

The angered girl glared "how many times have I told you to stop doing that! Seriously! And boundaries!" She whisper shouted still aware her father was downstairs.

The three ghosts stared at their lead singer with wide eyes, kinda scared.

"Uh..we..were sorry we will just go" reggie stuttered

Julie sighed "sorry reg, I didnt mean to be harsh I just cant control my mood swings right now"

Alex nodded in understanding, having had a sister so he knew what was going on.

Reggie and Luke tho, did not have a clue.

"Oh are you having a bad day?" Asked Luke

"Oh we can help with that! We can-" reggie was interrupted by alex who was resisting the urge to facepalm

"No no guys, it's just that time of the month, remember when my sister would spend the week in her room and hog all the icecream and sweets?" He said trying to hint to them.

"Ohhhh" said luke as realisation painted his face.

Reggie still didnt understand. Alex groaned

"Sorry Jules we will leave you alone, hope you feel better" alex smiled and grabbed reggies arm to leave as they poofed out.

Luke though, stayed.

"I'm sorry your in all this pain baby" he threw a sad smile her way.

Julie made grabby hands at him and pouted "stay, please? You can make me feel better"

Luke smiled at the girl nodding "of course baby"

He made his way over to the bed, julie shuffled over to make room for him.

Luke got into Julie's bed next to her, placing a sweet kiss on her forehead as she cuddled into him.

Suddenly another wave of pain hit Julie and she flinched, whimpering.

Luke frowned not liking seeing his girlfriend in pain.

Luke began to massage Julie's abdomen hoping that it would make her feel at least a little better.

Julie groaned "keep doing that, it helps with the pain"

Luke complied and kept massaging her abdomen.

"You wanna watch some funny videos on YouTube?" Luke asked.

Julie nodded, her head still on Luke's chest.

Luke reached for the laptop which was on the other side of Julie so he had to stretch over her, making her grumble as he moved

When luke was back in place on the bed with the laptop, he dropped a kiss on Julie's forehead and opened the laptop, typing in the password.

Soon enough an hour had passed as the couple were watching videos.

All of a sudden Julie started sobbing and luke started freaking out

"What? What's wrong? what happened?" He asked frantically

"He just *sob* it was so nice of *hiccup* him to do that for his friends *sob*" julie got out inbetween crying.

Luke chuckled "Jules, he shared his chocolate" but that was a mistake because as soon as julie looked up and met his eyes he knew he was in trouble.

"It is not funny to laugh at your girlfriends crying Lucas! He did not just share chocolate, he shared his chocolate to his friend who had nothing to eat!!" She glared.

Luke stumbled over a response "oh- I didnt-"

He sighed "sorry Jules, I didn't mean It like that"

Julie nodded before her mood lightened "I want chocolate now, luke pass me the chocolate" she demanded.

Luke passed julie the chocolate that had fallen on the floor.

"Thankyou" julie smiled, opening the chocolate and taking a bite out of it

Julie had eaten half of the chocolate bar when she announced she had to go to the bathroom and she would be back.

Luke just nodded, he had a melody in his head but he had to paper to get it down on. He would remember it anyway.

When Julie came back she snuggled back into luke, wincing at another cramp

Luke started humming the melody he had stuck in his head.

The melody was calming, calming enough that Julie could feel her eyes drooping and soon enough she was fast asleep

Luke looked down, feeling Julie's breathing steady and smiled when he saw her sleeping.

He didnt dare get out of bed, he knew if he did julie would murder him so he simply settled for sleeping.

Luke closed his eyes, listening to Julie's breathing before he soon fell asleep.

Alright so I did exaggerate a bit on the quick emotion changing so dont kill me for that.

And yes this was inspired by recent events. Seriously I love being a girl but why does so much pain come with it????
