I fight the dude with one eye

After Ariana IM us. Jake started to drive towards Kansas. It was raining. We kept talking and learning about each other. Apparently He likes music too but only rock songs. Which I was perfectly fine with. I liked any kind of music. Rock, Pop, Classic, Country and so on. We were talking when Something fell onto the Car hood. The Car hood bended like a taco.

"Hey! What the heck was that! this is my car! I just got it!" Jake started scolding whatever it was which fell on the car hood while trying to drive.

"Jake stop the car!" I yelled. He braked so fast that the air bags in front of us popped open and hit our faces. I got out of the car to see what it was. I thought I heard someone snarling. I didn't see properly through the rain and the fog but I know that I saw a eye... wait a sec... An eye...

" Jake! do you have any kind of weapons?" I asked Jake quickly getting back inside before it lunged at me.

"Well I have this long metal stick. But that's all I got. What is that thing?"

"Ever heard of a cyclops? Yeah.. that's the one" I said taking the metal stick from Jake's hand.

"You helped me once.. now my turn" I said. I went out of the car to see a 6 foot tall cyclops on Jake's Car hood. Snarling at me as if it hadn't eaten in days.

"You want a piece of me! well here you are!"i yelled while hitting him with the stick. Unfortunately he caught the stick before it hit his face.

"Nice try." It growled. Then he Took the stick from me and started to swing it at me. I didn't have anything else except My powers... Right before the stick touched me I summoned water from my left and fire from my right and I melted the stick while shooting blasts of water at the cyclops. When I was done I was starting to feel realy dizzy but I got a friend to protect. So I started shooting fire at the cyclops but he didn't even mind. It looked like he was immune to fire. But not water..

I concentrated on all the water inside me and WHOOSH! water came out of my hands faster than an arrows could fly and blasted the cyclops about 20 feet away. As I saw him blasted, I saw that he disappeared into nothing but golden dust. I started to blackout but Jake came out and grabbed me right before I fell to the ground and then I fully blacked out..

I woke up to find Jake driving while listening to the radio.

"Ah! your awake! glad to see you again, buddy!. By the way I couldn't thank you for saving me." He said.

"Well that's what being friends is about isn't it?" I Said.

"You feeling okay? Your eyes are crossing over." He asked. "Perhaps you would heal if you sing."

"Like a small boat

On the ocean

Sending big waves

Into motion

Like how a single word

Can make a heart open

I might only have one match

But I can make an explosion

And all those things I didn't say

Wrecking balls inside my brain

I will scream them loud tonight

I instantly felt better. I could see clearly now. Strength returned back to my arms. I felt much better.

"Yay! I'm back baby!.. Uh sorry I do that sometimes." I smiled shyly."Where are we now?" I asked

"Half the way to St. Lois"

"That's good news."

"Yeah."

"You know what. Let's switch sides. This time I'll drive. You take some sleep, okay?"

"Are you sure?" He asked.

"Sure! I did say that I'm 17 right?"

"Yeah you did. Do you know the road to St. Lois?"

"Of course. Now stop worrying about me and sleep."

"Ok, Mommy" he said. I rolled my eyes.

"Woah! don't roll'em too much! you'll get dizzy!" he said while laughing. My turn.

"Ok, Mommy" I said. We both laughed and he went to sleep while drove towards St. Lois.
