The graceful touch of the morning's light caresses the barren landscapes of Tatooine. A lonesome speeder bike barrels thunderously across the journey, carrying a clan of three upon it's back. It's engine's roars murmuring amongst the wind, the vehicle is guided into a rock gully, traversing its jagged pathways with caution. But, while the driver's eyes are set looking forward, they fail to notice a rope laid out upon their path; a horrid collision resulting from this ignorance.

Both Din and Eden are flung from their seats, tumbling through the warm air. The woman's grip still firm upon his waist, Din ignites his jetpack to stabilize them both, allowing them to unsteadily stumble to the ground. The child, too, flies aimlessly from the bike, as does the sacred armour they'd recovered from Cobb. Behind the pair, an explosion ignites, flames rippling from their now decimated speeder. Around them, a pack of bounty hunters emerge, encircling them hungrily, as if they were prey.

"Get the child!" An unfamiliar voice commands; causing tendrils of red to corrupt Eden's vision.

A string of crimson bolts descends upon them. Din jolts his body in front of Eden's, the blasts colliding with his beskar armour in place of her flesh. The onslaught of blaster fire is merciless at first, but, at their opponent's first sign of weakness, Eden seizes the opportunity to strike. Jerking forth toward the closest hunter, her fingers constrict around their blaster, thrusting it away as their finger clamps anxiously around the trigger. In one fluid movement, her free hand retrieves a dagger hung from her thigh; embedding it within the bounty hunter's throat.

The tips of her calloused fingers barely brushed against the blade's handle, a brute force slams into her side before she can retrieve the weapon. She stumbles back, yet catches herself before she collides with the sand. Swivelling around, she stares down the end of a blaster, ducking to the side just as a bolt dashes from the weapon's confines. The blast scrapes her, although barely; drawing only a few droplets of blood, yet sending flutters of pain cascading down her cheek.

Biting back the pained groan clawing to escape, she retaliates; the melodious sounds of a familiar crunch erupting as her fist collides with her attacker's nose. Inwardly wincing as her knuckles ache beneath the impact, she withdraws her hand. As she'd done upon the prior enemy, she snatches at their gun, yet she now keeps it within her grasp - slamming it's blunt end against the bounty hunter's head, knocking him out cold.

A few metres behind her, the Mandalorian battles a lonesome bounty hunter, with two others laid unconscious by his feet. Gaining the upper hand as his opponent stumbles, he shoots a grappling hook, securing it tautly around their neck. His fingers twitch to pull the cord back, but someone beats him to it; a crimson blaster bolt searing the hunter's head, draining them of life. Turning his gaze upon that from which the bolt had come, he finds Eden, with a cocky smirk worn heavily upon her lips. "Try to keep up, Mando."
