chapter 4- Lost dinner with dad

      Now when Lost and Punk got done Lost had to leave to get home before her dad got there.
" Have to go home my dad is gonna be home at 8pm. I'll call you when we are done with dinner." Lost said
" OK...had fun." Punk replied
" I did, too. " lost answered then she left the house to get home.

   Now Lost was gonna be getting home by 7:30 pm. Plenty of time for her dad to get there and not notice that she wasn't home. This was the day he wanted the family altogether for once. They usually don't eat dinner together cause they are busy with work or have something to do. When Lost walked into the house her mom was happy to see her.
" Good your home. Go get ready. Your dad will be here in a few minutes. We are gonna go to the steak house to eat tonight. " her mom said
" Thought we were eating at home?" Lost said
" No... He wanted to take us somewhere." Her mom replied

Then she went up to get Ready real quick. While she was getting ready she got a text from Punk.

Text time:
Punk: when will ur dinner be done?
Lost: he's taking us 2 the steak house
Punk: thought u were eating at home?
Lost: no he wants to go out as a family
I'll talk 2 when I get back
Punk: I'll be waiting

When she got done texting she finished getting ready to leave. When she heard the car door Slam she grabbed her bag and ran downstairs. When her dad walked in he kissed her mom and then they all got in the car to leave. On the way there they spent time talking to each other.
Dad: so...how is school going for you?
Lost: don't wanna talk bout it.
Mom: she's not having a good year.
Lost: could we please not talk bout it.
Dad: that's fine.
Mom: it's not fine.
Dad: let it go. She don't wanna talk bout it.
Mom: this is family bonding time. We should talk.
Dad: you know what?? I'm done. We are gonna go back home because we can't get along tonight. Just order pizza and call it a night.

With that they ended up turning the car around and home they went. Lost dad was so mad at her mom. This is why they don't have dinner together as a family. Call them disfunctinal cause it's true. They ordered the pizza while they were in the car. It'll get there when they do. When they got home the pizza arrived. Lost got what she wanted and went to her room. She contacted Punk.

Text time:
Lost: home
Punk: did u even go?
Lost: we didn't even get to the steak house. Gonna kill my mom. She started a bunch of shit with my dad.
Punk: how is that??
Lost: because all my dad did was asked me a question and I didn't wanna talk bout it. If she would have dropped it then we could have got to 2 the steak house.
Punk: ur mom is a cunt
Lost: yes she is. Come over and stay. Idc what she says.
Punk: I'll be right there

With that Punk came over to her house to stay the night. She knocked on the door and Lost ran to answer it. Her mom was there as she did.
" What Is Punk doing here? "
" She is staying the night cause she is my best friend and I need her. "
" Fine. Go straight to your room and don't get loud. "

So, with that they went up to her room and spent the night together. Her mom and dad had no clue they were together.
